It was nice to actually talk to the lawn tech as I've had issues with dandelions in a couple places and he was actually able to spray them so hopefully they're gone for the summer!

Great customer service. They are always prompt to reply to concerns about our yard. Love that they will come out to spot spray when the occasional weeds pop up. 🔝

They seemed very professional in the beginning. But my lawn has not looked very good. Ever since they started, it's been over a year now. And today I noticed the guy lied. I have everything on video I have cameras around my house. He was gone in 2 minutes front and back of my yard, and the neighbors yard falsified the work he did. He said he used almost 10 gallons when in fact, I saw him barely. Use a 2 gallon and never refilled it. Everything on videotape not going to pay the bill and i'm canceling the service.

Terrasita completed mosquito reapplication treatment today. Today a very thorough reapplication was completed and we discussed the areas of greatest need.

Trugreen Specialist, Cassie P, went above & beyond her duties of spraying the shrubs. She noticed that a number of our shrubs were infested with snails, which is not part of the Trugreen service. She went out of her way to come to the front door to alert us to this problem and suggest remedies. Cassie’s diligence and professionalism are very much appreciated!

Very impressed with Patrick from TruGreen. He listened to my concerns and took his time tackling my weed problem. Look forward to working with him in the future.

The young lady that came out today was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She did a good job spraying for mosquitoes. I wish she would be the one to come every time instead of constantly having someone new. Not once have we had the same person twice. This young lady was fantastic.

Richard is one of the best technicians I have dealt with. VERY technical and customer-led. I hope he continues to be assigned and work with me!

TruGreen is an excellent company for your lawn care needs. I had an Aeration service provided today. The tech was very prompt and courteous. He did an excellent job, and was very professional.

He called when he arrived and did a thorough job.

Patrick Michaud explained the purpose of the second application and applied to the designated area. This 2nd application was applied just under 5 weeks from the first spring application and contained fertilizer, broadleaf weed killer and pre-emergent crab grass control. I had already self treated for some early chickweed about two weeks ago. All things considered Patrick did a great job.

Before calling TruGreen I was doing everything myself. Well it got too expensive and my yard still look bad. The average person would say my yard was fine. If they look closely it was choking from weeds. I call TruGreen and as soon as they came out my grass started looking better. After a few weeks I was blown away with the results. I'm a tru believer that TruGreen knows there stuff. I didn't get a chance to meet the 1st representative. But on there second visit to fertilize the grass i was home and talk with William. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thanks TruGreen 😊

The technician that came out to my property Joshua s was professional friendly and courteous. Throughout our conversation he was always respectful seem to be knowledgeable and assured me that the trouble spot I was having would get good attention. Outstanding customer service. I am also happy with the way my lawn looks and will continue to use TruGreen

Not satisfied with the results. Weed control not effective at all. Cancelled after 5-6 applications. Do not recommend to anyone.

Based on my experience, I would not trust that this particular TruGreen is doing what’s in YOUR best interest, but rather what’s in THEIR best interest. I paid for a years service and asked if the technician could please meet with me to go over my lawn. Notes were reportedly added to my account, however, the tech came, applied treatment to a yard full of bare spots and left. The notes said that he came to my door and they most certainly did not.

No problem. I called back and they apologized and scheduled a free consultation visit for the next week. Visit day comes (5/8/23) and I start receiving the notification texts. 1. We’re going to be there today, 2. We’re on our way, 3. We’re here and finally 4., We’ve finished your free consultation. I sat at the front window, they never even visited! 😮. I called the office to voice my concern and the person answered the phone and immediately apologized, BUT, seemed to take my feedback personally right off the bat. Also had no problem immediately closing out my account. Of course that fired me up and now here we are.

The bottom line is they did not listen to what the customer was asking for, made mistakes, then argued and walked away. I would do the same if I were you.

**5/10 Update: Fair is fair. Gotta give credit when due. I just received an email from TruGreen that indicated they were refunding the amount that I’ve been invoiced up to this point. Please note that I did not ask for any type of refund. THAT was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Thank you, TruGreen! I’m sorry things didn’t work out, but I feel much better about the outcome and revised my review rating.

Specialist told me what he was going to treat lawn with and allowed me to let my dogs out prior to him doing back yard. Much appreciated since it will be a couple hours before I can let them out after treatment.
