Great guy. Quick service does a great job prompt. No hassle .

I left a very long, detailed message already regarding my technician Megan N. She was a delight to have here at my home, very personable, very informative and very patient with my questions. She answered them completely with a smile on her face. She was complete in her applications and I have a lot of plants roses and greenery. She is a great member of your team, very willing to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. I look forward to seeing her again and thank Tru Green for hiring such good individuals. Service technicians are knowledgable and friendly. Remarkable customer service. Recently had a small issue and they called me to notify me of the technicians error. Follow-up call to see if things were properly taken care. Provided one free service for the trouble they may have caused

Tim did an excellent job with the care of my lawn. It is the best it has looked since I have lived here. He was very helpful in answering my questions and formulating a plan to continue the improvement.

True green as a company is ok…I’ve used them for the past 4 years and have had some issues. For the most part they do what they claim they do. Mike (the tech) was a super nice guy, thank you for doing the work you do 👍🏽

Others should take lessons from the service representative that did our lawn today he went beyond the call of duty. Excellent work, thank you.

The gentleman who came out today was very friendly and professional. He did exactly what he came to do. The only drawback is I requested him to let me know what was possibly eating the evergreens and inspect to see if there’s anything else going on with the other vegetation, and that was not communicated in his aftercare report.
Update: gentleman came back out and explained everything that needed to be explained, which was very much appreciated by us. Thank you so much.

I've been with true green for about 20 years now and they've always done a great job. My yard has always looked green like a golf course. Thank you for your service and my yard is done in a professional way and the agent is very informative if he noticed anything while treating my yard!

Technician ( William) very helpful and friendly. He offered to apply a strayer fertilizer in areas where I am establishing new grass from seed.

TruGreen has serviced my shrubs and trees for over 7 years and they are health and look great. The Technician has done a fantastic job with them and I highly recommend this service. Dave Pfender

Don't waste your money. If you have any questions, I'll gladly show you our yard personally and it will speak for itself on the type of service that TruGreen has provided in terms of weed controls and aeration and seeding. If there's an option of giving a zero star, I would.

My wife asked one of the "professionals" who serviced our lawn and couldn't even answer the question and instead replied he was just a teacher and only working part-time because he is bored. And if my wife has any questions or not contented with the service to just call their office instead. That itself is worth a zero-star rating.

Today Fernando came to apply my October grass care. He is a great service tech, one of the best I've ever seen at my house in any trade. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful is his things.
