I just had several trees cut down some topped, cut and shaped by McDaniels Tree Service. The workers were the best so respectful and friendly. They did a fantastic cleanup, made the whole process go smoothly and made me feel comfortable through it all. I called for a quote to trim up my sunset maple tree. They responded the next day to my call and provided a quote within 2 days. This was a non-emergency tree trimming. Connor and crew did a great job trimming my sunset maple tree and cleaning up too. All went very smooth right from the beginning from getting a quote to the completion of the job.

Trimmed up a few tree’s and took a tree down that was dying on our fence line.
Definitely a professional company! There timeliness, professionalism, safety measures and cleanliness of the site-removal and trimming of our tree’s was noticeably nice to see a company do what they promised. McDaniel’s Tree Service did an amazing job for us. They spent several days on our property taking down around 10 trees, a lot of which were 100 foot tall trees. They were very professional and wonderful to work with. They also did a fantastic job of clean up. I highly recommend them for all your tree service needs!

We used American Facility Care for a complete cleanup after renovations done to 25,000+ sqft. building. This included everything from the floor surfaces that included polished concrete floors, carpet tile, LVT, and porcelain tile. Tom and his team also performed the detail cleaning of all of the cubicles stations and monitors, desks, 14 glass front offices, and restrooms. Detail is something that they do take into account and do not take lightly. They cleaned all dust that had made its way onto sensitive items such as server racks, hanging pendant lights, and exposed cable trays. Tom made sure from day one that all items were cleaned beyond my and my clients expectations. They cleaned all the way up into the exposed rafters!This company honestly does clean it all. We priced many companies from national chains to small mom and pop cleaners . American Facility Care fell right in the middle, but they outperformed any of my expectations from communication, to punctuality, to services provided. If I could give them a six star rating I would.

We had American Facility Care clean our church for a long time. Rarely was there ever a problem and if there ever was something that needed more attention they were quick to get it taken care of. In this industry I’ve found it’s hard to find a company that will do consistently and professionally what they said they would do but this company does exactly that. I FULLY recommend them.

Wow! So impressed from my first call to the day of! Jared acted like he wanted our business! He answered the phone, and very clearly explained the process, looked at my house on Google and gave me a quote. He explained how the scheduling would work and, sure enough, I heard from him within the said timeframe and the job was scheduled within the quoted timeframe. Jared contacted me about an hour before the scheduled time to confirm his arrival time. He showed up, was professional, and got the job done with the help of his father. Jared was easy to work and communicate with and did a great job cleaning the exterior of my home this year. He was careful to protect my existing landscaping and even concocted a solution to tackle much of the staining that was on my white gutters. Thanks Jared, and I'll see you next year!

I spoke with Jared last fall after I saw the house he did a few doors down. The house was so clean, and the owners were really happy with his work. Fast forward to the beginning of summer Jared and I finally connected on a good day to get the house power washed.
He came on time, and 2 hours later my single story house was beautiful. All the green that I thought was never going to come up and off did. Jared is very methodical and found a spot he wanted to fix. I like that about someone, it means they care.
I would definitely recommend him over and over again. A small business, and family man that did an amazing job. Fair pricing as well!
You don't have to do it every year, but if you get your car washed, and detailed it's a great idea to do the same for your house.

We called Jared at Indy Exterior Clean again for deck and driveway cleaning. All the dirt, grime, grease, and mold are completely gone. Estimates were able to be provided through text pictures. This company is excellent! The completed job looks like new!

This is the third year we’ve used Jared and Indy Exterior Clean. We continue to be totally pleased with the thorough work done. In addition to the deck, sidewalk, and drive Jared was able to remove an oil stain from our driveway that had been there for a couple of months! We’re so happy we found this business!
