Rob was so nice and did an amazing job! Free flow environmental quoted us twice the price as Gatlin and wouldn't guarantee it would even fix the problem after a couple hours of trying to figure out the problem. Rob from Gatlin comes into check out our plumbing issue and took less than an hour. Their quote even included replacing our water heater. We were very pleased with the work Rob did. Definitely saving their info for future issues.

I’ve used Gatlin a couple times over the years and their guys are always really fast and professional! my sump pump battery was tripping an alarm after the power came back from all the storms last week, and it took maybe an hour to get it fixed with the guy that came out. grateful for this place!

I had another plumber out for a clogged main and he was gracious enough to tell me he didn’t have the right equipment and suggested I call Gatlin, because he was certain they would be able to do it if anyone could. Not only did they get the clog fixed in a very timely and professional manner (they were here about an hour after I called and I live 40 mins from their shop), but Eddie was about as good a guy as you’re gonna find and super knowledgeable about what he was doing as well. My first and only call for future plumbing needs will absolutely be Gatlin! If you have plumbing needs, call the courteous, professional, knowledgeable folks at Gatlin and be confident it’ll get done without them trying to do extra work you don’t need. Oh, and I was also very pleased with the price!

Fixed my sink that had plagued me for 5 weeks. Jeff is an angel! Was on time, worked quickly, inexpensive, and just seemed like a nice guy! Sooo happy I don't have to plunge out my sink anymore. 😂 Go with Gatlin!

I'd like to thank Gatlin Plumbing for the exceptional plumbers sent to my house today (12-8-25) to snake my drain and replace my kitchen sink. The two excellent plumbers are Robert and Noah, they were great. Gatlin Plumbing is my only call from here on.

My boss who is the owner of Firestone called this business to use their services to attempt to find a natural gas leak. I found the technician with a ladder propped up against my 84" Snap-On EPIC toolbox, and the technician standing on top of my toolbox with my snap-on tools and parts for 2 vehicles I was working on to be scattered about, and kicked around. The technician was also spraying a soapy water to find leaks over my toolbox, which cause all of my tools, my lunch, my phone, my tablet, my coffee, my personal change of clothes for when the day is done, completely covered in soapy water. The technician did not ask me to move my box he thought it was ok to stand on 13 grand of toolbox. I would have been happy to move my toolbox away from the area he needed to work, but he did NOT do so. The ladder he was using caused damage to the front of a 2 month old toolbox. I had contacted the business to talk to the owner an hour ago, but with no response from the business owner. Do NOT USE THIS BUISNESS. After they had left my shop owner called NIPSCO to find the natural gas leak, and the leak was found in a matter of moments, they were here and gone in 20 minutes, no time at all.

Twice they have been sent to help when we have had emergencies after hours. They were friendly, helpful and quick. I would definitely recommend.

This has to be the worst company ever their too lazy to update their info in the system and have some of the rudest old ladies working in this place fire them and hire some people that want to work. The lady claim she called me but never did I had them at my house 2 weeks prior to me having to have them come back out again. SO I KNOW YOU HAD AN UPDATED PHONE NUMBER. Terry and crew are always quick to respond and do a great job. I've used them multiple times for different issues throughout the years.

Technician was courteous and timely, but I was charged way more per hour than I was quoted AND there was an additional equipment charge that I was not told about up front. Very disappointed.

Went on vacation & mother was house sitting. She noticed there was a leak in the basement. Called TLC Plumbing and they came out. Turns out the toilet was leaking. They said they had “fixed” the problem. Come back from vacation, not only is there still a leak in the basement, but now my floors are all uneven in the bathroom, turns out, water is now seeping under the floor. Two men came out this time to tell me there was no leak in the basement, and that the floor wasn’t their fault. They said they’d fix the toilet be side they did find where it was still leaking, but it would be additional price. PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE HASSLE.
