Honest company Eric is very professional and honest.

First we just called them out to look at something and give us an estimate. they told us $110 an hour. they came the next day he came and started working even tho we just asked his opinion and an estimate. he changed some tape, that he left at the office and had a guy run a half used raggedy roll of tape to our house (which is less then 3 minutes away from their office) he was there for 45 minutes.. most of which were spent waiting for the guy to bring the tape. he then charged us 175. we called later and every day for the next week to get an understanding of why it cost so much to change tape and a very small piece of duct work, and they kept telling us they don't know why and they haven't asked the plumber. finally a week and a half later they said they had to charge us for the guy to drive out the tape to us.. its not our fault he did not have tape in his van. It cost us 40 dollars for a roll of tape when we had one sitting in our garage. They have been dodging our calls for three weeks and I am frustrated to the point where I do not even want my 40 dollars back. I do not recommend them as a service go somewhere else. They are very unprepared rude and everything is at your expense.

I called TLC due to having a problem with some water in basement of a house I purchased. They can out and used router and camera to find lots of sand in drain tile. Cost was $1,600. Then next step is where they completely dropped the ball. They were suppose to give me quotes on a couple options to fix. After me repeat calling them to move it forward with no response, finally I talked to Cindy only to tell me I would be better getting a company like Perma Seal. Really! Don’t use this company!

I had called another company (FreeFlow) to come and assess if we needed to have our septic pumped. They sent out a technician the following day. When he arrived, within sixty seconds he told me that we need a reconstruction that costs between $5,500 to $6,500. I asked how he could be sure if he didn’t remove the access lid and take a look. He stated that he opened it before I opened the door. Mind you, there are ten screws that have to be removed before you can lift the lid. He was trying to rush through the estimate. For some reason he had his wife sitting in the car.
Not remotely impressed by this company, I called TLC. They came out immediately and pumped the septic tank, which was the issue. They were professional and expedient and I can’t speak highly enough about them. We will be using them for the foreseeable future! Thank you!

First of all, Cindy is amazing, she knows her stuff and can get you pointed in the right direction immediately. We had an emergency on a project and she was able to pivot her team to my location and save us weeks of delays. Thank you TLC Plumbing!

Called TLC because of a hot water heater issue. Chris provided prompt, knowledgeable, and very efficient service. Kudos to this local, ethical business!

Average Trained / Skilled Staff! Prices Extremely High - Even for the Simplest Job where there was Very Little Repair required.

Obviously All Cost for Everything is High Across The Board - and Plumbing has Always Historically been a Rip-Off, but they definitely fall into the Bottom with Almost All Others!

It's Nearly Impossible to find a Good Skilled, Trustworthy Plumbing Company!

Called them at 4 p.m. for an emergency. They were at my house by 5, done by 6:30. Prices were fair for what we had done and overtime. Woman at the front office was so friendly and informative, guys who came were professional and helpful. Great local business!

Everything we have ever had done plumbing wise we have used TLC. Jose was a great help and gave us great advice. Highly recommended!
