Every time I take a walk downtown I notice the beautiful landscaping at a building on Meridian. I later found the party responsible was Stenz Management. They’ve helped make downtown Indy beautiful and I’ve met a couple incredible people here. Highly recommend.

Well established and for good reason, when it comes to construction, restoration, and quality done right, this is exactly the kind of guys I want on my side. Go with these guys, if you want quality work and peace of mind.

This is a great local business they do not overcharge and they get the job done quick they are officially my go to guys for all my problems I was so impressed with the overall job I wish I could rate them with 6stars

They did my nephews house a few months ago and i decided to use them after i had a small fire. They are very professional and always there when you need them.

I highly recommend if you need anything done in your home. The owner, Paul, was honest, dependable, worked with me on payments. He can do just about anything you need done

John is a very dedicated and hard working man. I recommend him for all your fire and water restoration jobs.

John is lazy and clearly not fit to be a contractor anymore. If you like things to go fast, don't use him. Doesn't read his email (at all) and uses his personal phone number as a business phone number, which is probably why he never picks up when you call him. Giving that he uses his personal phone number, he probably gets call at all times of the day from people who want to speak business. Having to constantly be in business mode has clearly had a toll on John as he doesn't seem interested at all when you speak to him.

My wife and I strongly recommend the Oak and Stone construction for any of your home projects, large or small. We have used a few other contractors in the past with mixed results, usually bad. I was suggested to try this crew and now we won’t use anyone else. They provide fair, accurate estimates for the job, perform exceptional work, and they take pride in doing the job the “right way”.

1 Star — Avoid at all costs

I bought a house from Oak and Stone Construction less than 15 months ago, and it is already falling apart. This is supposed to be a new build, yet it feels like a rushed, cut-corner flip.

The AC doesn’t work, the heater doesn’t work, and to top it off, the roof is literally lifting. These are not cosmetic issues — these are major, basic systems that should not be failing this quickly under any circumstances.

The quality of construction is unacceptable, and the lack of durability this soon after purchase is alarming. Buying a home should come with some peace of mind — instead, I’m dealing with constant problems and expensive headaches.

If you’re considering Oak and Stone Construction, learn from my mistake. A house should last longer than a year without serious failures. This company clearly prioritizes speed and profit over craftsmanship and accountability.

These guys are fantastic they are awesome all the way around the work they do the attitude they have all of it they are a true total package place.

The staff here are always so friendly. These folks are experts at construction management and can adapt quickly to your needs.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to work with.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill construction company. Patterson Horth runs clean, efficient, and impressively organized job sites. Their builds are next level, and from what I’ve seen, their approach to safety goes above and beyond industry standards. The crews are dialed in, and the quality of work consistently stands out from the crowd. A cut above, no doubt.
