Barry was fantastic!! We had been dealing with an ongoing door issue. He fixed it and made sure everything was good before leaving.

We lost half of our tree in a bad windstorm. The guy who came out was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He did a very good job and we would gladly use them again!

Despite the nightmare at the beginning of my bathroom remodel with this company, Stephen and Phil stepped up AND in and made things right. Communication is key with these types of things and once my voice was heard, everything changed. Really happy with the outcome and will probably make my bathroom my bedroom! Our AC went out while on vacation and remained out during the 4th of July. So the worst possible time to break down. Jeff came on the 5th. He was scheduled between 12-4, he actually arrived around 1145 and completed the diagnostics and repair in about 45 mins. Our house instantly cooled down and has been running smoothly since. He explained everything to me in case there were issues in the future and normal routine maintenance we can do ourselves. We think our AC works better then before.

I would not recommend this company. I missed mutliple days of work for them not to show for the appointment with no phone call. When they did show they were at least an hour late. Did not complete projects before leaving. The employee left numerous razor blades in and out of my house.

The tech had no clue how to install the flooring. Left a glue mess all over and another company has to fix the nob. Didn't put dishwasher or refrigerator back together. Rated one star cause he showed up. Would not recommend.

Justin did a wonderful job I was very pleased with the work he did. Mark was also here for this project. Mark was very helpful and together they completed the work in a very neat and time efficient way.

The guys are awesome, they have been to my home in a timely manner. They know what they are talking about in regards to what job needs to be done and how fast they can get us on their schedule. I would recommend this company for sure!

No work was done. However, Justin, from Better Homes & Services, evaluated my problem. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I hope my Landlord will award them the job.

I purchased a package on Angie list, unless you are a paid member you have no recourse if they do terrible work. My review on Angies list was a C because I paid for 2 contractors. 1 of them did an outstanding job, the other one did not. I could have lived with that if they had not lied and said they would be in contact with me over my review to make it right. They never have. LOL at the reply saying they would have someone contact me, do you really think they ever did?

Over the last 20 years I have seen the work Shane Coffey does and the excellent quality he delivers every time he does something. Shane is very professional and honest. Shane will do whatever you want with providing you quality service. Shane is creative. If you have an idea I'm sure he can make it happen, better than you imagined.

It has really been a breath of fresh air for us! They communicate quickly and efficiently. This company calls and informs us of any changes, upcoming technicians coming, and are extremely nice even during the holiday season. The gentleman on the phone is just as friendly as the technician that came out to repair our gas furnace. We are finishing up a move with a lot of problems and when many other companies for other appliances have been contacted/used, they don’t compare. Thank you SO much Better homes and Services!!

Mark Murphy did some work in the home I'm staying in. Very professional and makes you feel important.he showed up when there when he said he would be and was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy what i wanted. First time I delt with mark and better homes they had bigger issues to deal with than what I needed. But they made sure to stand by their commitments and take care of me. Great service.

Barry was amazing. This is a guy that takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure that, not only was the job done well, but that it looked really good afterwards. I've never had a handy man care so much. I would recommend this guy and this company to anyone!

Justin came out because my back door was rotten on the outside at the bottom and gave me many replacement options. I truly felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the options available and was happy with my choices! I will try and do another review after my new door is installed!

Updated 8-13-19 I forgot to update this about a month ago. Getting my new back door in took months because the company had major communication and employee issues. When my door was originally supposed to be installed the worker never showed up, never called, and never emailed. After leaving the company messages in the form of voicemails and emails I got a response 2 days later with them saying it was a never before seen system error. The next time the door was scheduled to be installed the worker (a new one) never showed up and didn't call. After getting in contact with the company owner, Stephen, he came out to check the old door for himself (why, I'm not sure when it was already well documented). He delivered the new door but we decided against installation that day because it was mid afternoon, the installation would take many hours, and it looked like storms might roll through. The 3rd time the door was supposed to be installed the workers showed up to do it and did work hard.

However, when Justin was looking at my door originally, and when the workers were here installing the door I asked them specifically "I will get a new screen door with the new back door, correct?" And I was assured multiple times that yes, one would come with the door. Well, when the workers installed the back door they took my old screen with the remaining trash/mess they made and then assured me they would have one ordered and installed soon. Weeks go by with me periodically checking in about the screen and I'm told that it's ordered, that they got busy but hadn't forgotten about me, etc. Finally I let the worker know that I've been more than lenient and I will be informing the boss, he assured me the boss already knew. Stephen did not know about the screen and did not offer any replacement or anything. He simply said I needed to reach back out to my rental agency. After tons of hoops to jump through I was able to get my rental agency to replace the screen for me using a different company.

I would not recommend this company based on the experience I had. I do feel bad they're having a hard time hiring responsible and competent workers, but that is not something I should have to worry about as a client. I was more than understanding and ended up feeling taken advantage of and had to deal with major stress and financial burden to get things the way they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be.

We purchased a shower re-do from Better Homes and Services on Angles list. The people there are professional and friendly, and the final product turned out great. I would recommend them, for good work done in a timely manner.

I found the service technician to be personable and very professional. His workmanship was excellent! He was obviously a skilled tradesman. He not only installed a new door including trim but painted and cleaned the area making it look like a new entrance-way. I was very pleased.

Great attention to detail on our wet bar and 1/2 bath in our foyer. We loved working with Better Homes and Services.
