Frank made some textured ceiling repairs for me in the kitchen and basement. The experience using his service was excellent from start to finish. He was very friendly, responsive, and his price was reasonable for the amount of work needed. He made the damaged ceilings look like new. After painting you can't tell there was any damage or a repair made. I highly recommend his services.

Frank was punctual to the house. We had four areas that needed to be patched up (two because of a leak and two because of a tractor). The guys from Blankenship Drywall came right in and started getting to work. What would’ve took me a day and a half took them a couple of hours. And best part of it was is it actually looked better after they were done than it did prior to the leak!

100% would recommend if you have any work that needs to be done. Anything that may arise in the future we will be reaching out.

I'm honestly astonished about how bad of an experience this was. I requested a quote to repair an unfinished job. Frank came in and left another unfinished job. When you say, "I'll repair all," I expect a finished product. He applied tape and 3 quick coats of compound. Absolutely no sanding. There's pits, exposed tape, and beveled edges everywhere. When I inspected the work and expressed concern, he grabbed a wet rag and rubbed 3 places. Said, "You'll never be able to see it under paint." 😐 I asked him to sand it and finish the job. He said, "no, that'll take too much time and will cost you 2x as much." I was so frustrated that I paid him and asked him to leave.

Frank was awesome and did a flawless job at a fair price. I had a large hole in the kitchen ceiling of my very old house after major plumbing repairs. He was on time, quick to get the work started, and the result looks perfect. I recommend Blankenship Drywall to anyone who needs a drywall or plaster repair! I can't say enough about the fantastic drywall repair I received. The frank was professional, prompt, and the quality of his work is absolutely top-notch. You can't even tell there was a hole in the ceiling. The patch is seamless. Highly recommend the services for anyone needing drywall repair

He was able to stabilize a major crack in one wall and it looks great. Repaired another crack in the bathroom wall. The crack came in less than 6 months. I called him today and he said that the crack is probably due to settling

I had seven drywall cracks repaired and the price was fair $380. However the quality was okay. I had to get the ladder out to correct a few parts of the repair where the tape was showing and smooth out the mud. I understand stuff like that happens and I resolved that but I cannot resolve the ceiling texture that applied to heavy. My texture was spaced out but when the repairs where done the texture was applied way to close causing it to be noticeable across the room. I'll have to undo the work that I paid for, not to trilled about this. Please see the photos of the before and after of some spots and the texture difference. All other work on walls have been good after sanding, priming, texture, and painting, never going to be perfect but better overall.

We had a lightening strike at our home with many electrical components damaged, the 2 men from ERS were on time, super knowledgeable, very meticulous, neat, polite, total professionals, we would highly recommend them to anyone, they made it a pleasant experience!!!!!!

Expensive at nearly $100 per hour (including billed drive time) and they TYPICALLY work with insurance BUT they did help us in a time of need.

We had a mishap with spoiled chicken juice and it leaking into cavities of an expensive Fridge. They came out within 24 hours and took care of it.

This company has no idea, how much my family and I appreciate them. We had a fire in Dec. 2021, the company who “helped” was very dishonest, disorganized, and full of Greed. We were referred to Prism to restore artwork, reclean, and refurbish some furniture. Im forever grateful and appreciative of everyone who helped. They made a disheartening situation a hopeful one.

ERS was hired to clean all of our appliances, TV’s, electronics and small motor related items in our house. We are adding a kitchen addition and when the contractor failed to isolate the area before cutting into our poured concrete basement wall, to make an access for the crawl space, we were left with concrete dust through our entire house. ERS did an amazing job!

ERS did a great job coming from Indy to Columbus to detach and remove all of my appliances-electronics & 5 wall mounted flat screen TV'S to their location in Indy to clean & test operation of all items. Afterwards they store all this stuff till my house is ready and redeliver everything back to my house and reinstall all items. ERS did a great job.

Prism Specialties of Indiana handled our items with professionalism, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity. Every representative we spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. We appreciate the care and detail that the company placed on restoring our items after being covered in soot and ash from a fire.

Staff that came out smoked and were younger adults who did not seem to last long within the company itself. I would recommend you find a great contractor that includes these services along with the job itself of restoration or remodel.

These guys did a great job repairing the underground leak between the road & the meter. Quick response reasonable price. Well done!
