Excellent service and all around good people!!! My main waterline to my house failed. The electrical company, 3.5 years earlier, had broken it, and then incorrectly tried to fix it. To top it off they decided not to disclose the error to the builder or Willis Exc. Fast forward 3.5 years and my main waterline breaks on a Thursday at 8PM. Willis was the original installer of the water line. They sent people right away the very next day, explained the situation, provided me piece of mind, and fixed the issue so my family would have water over the weekend. A special thanks to Kristen, Jacob, and the other worker (sorry I didn't get your name). I'm sure you had better things to do on a Friday and going out of your way is still making me a little emotional. You are all amazing people! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

They have the worst phone service I have ever experienced. I don't even want to give them one star. they just transfer you around to voice mail boxes. This has been over and over and over again. Does anybody work here?? Why does no one answer???

I have had the pleasure and I'm still having the pleasure of working with Denver and Larry here in Spokane Washington on the Amazon project. They are very thorough very knowledgeable and they know how to get the job done and they do it right the 1st time. Very much down-to-earth Gentleman that I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside with. I would highly recommend Gaylor electric.

I had the displeasure to talk to Stephanie on the phone; it was our first interaction and she was unprofessional and short.

They did a fabulous job remodelling a kitchen, master bath, laundry room and lavatory. They also tiled my dining room and foyer in marble. Rob snd Susan have great ideas and are GREAT listeners and communicators. Their input and expertise were essential to making my home more beautiful and up to date.

Corinthian did an addition on to the back of our home. The end result was better than we could have imagined and they stayed on budget! Corinthian Homes was a dream to work with on a recent outdoor porch addition. We work with them on a professional basis and their communication, skill and trim work is among the best in the industry. Our product requires level surfaces and attention to architectural details. If you want a company that will work on your project as if it is their own home, then this is the company for you.

Corinthian remodeled the main floor of our home in two phases. First was master bedroom, bathroom, guest bedroom, and main entry and hallway. The first phase was was done on time and with high quality workmanship. Communication was fantastic, and every day our home was left clean and tidy. The phase I project was completed on time and in budget. The second phase was kitchen, dining room, family room, guest bathroom, and laundry room. Once again Corinthian did fantastic work, guided us through the selection process, advised us, and worked with us all along the way. Corinthian discovered an unknown problem regarding the floors, and they worked quickly to fix the problem with very reasonable additional cost and disruption. Corinthian finished the phase II on budget and EARLY. That's right, even with the unknown problem Corinthian discovered, they still finished over a week ahead of schedule. Who does that?!? Rob, Jeff, Susan, and the rest of the team are fabulous to work with and treated our home like it was their own. The quality and finish was second to none. I would highly recommend Corinthian.

My husband and I have a growing family as our children are now having children and we needed to create more bedrooms for them all! We have a third story attic room with dormers that we wanted to make into two proper bedrooms and a full bath. We realized we were working with limited space but Corinthian did a wonderful job helping us realize the possibilities for that space. From their suggestion to move the existing bathroom to a more central location to offering placement options for doorways, a window seat and storage, Corinthian’s Rob Froehlich, Kristina Miller and Natalie Linton guided us professionally in crafting a beautiful area for our kids and grandkids. When Rob realized that the initial supervisor on the job was not working up to Corinthians’ standards, he replaced him with Brad Couch, a lead carpenter who did a marvelous job taking over the now open position in addition to continuing his own work on our project. Brad kept the day-to-day building process running smoothly, informing us of changes in schedules, making certain areas were all kept clean and having daily contact with us. We are impressed by the craftspersonship Hank brought to all the cabinetry and now have a 3rd floor in which to proudly host friends and family!

Corinthian Fine Homes guided us through selecting quality products for our bathroom remodel. Natalie offered ideas within our budget and goals. Hank and the construction team met timelines, communicated well, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We love our new space and truly feel that it adds value and enjoyment to our home.

We worked with Corinthian for over three years transforming a 100-year old home that had last been remodeled in the 1980’s into our dream home. From creating a master suite from two bedrooms, removing an old chimney to expand our kitchen, bathroom updates, electrical updates, tearing down a garage to build a gorgeous new sunroom to a detached garage and all new hardscape outdoors, Corinthian can do it all beautifully! They have completely transformed and changed the way we use our home, but did so in a way that stayed true to the age and style of the home. We are looking forward to future projects with Rob, Sus and the entire team.

We used Corinthian for essentially an entire first floor remodel (kitchen, hearth, living room, beverage center, bathroom). We remodeled our basement a few years ago with a different, but reputable contractor. The difference with Corinthian was night and day from design through execution. Corinthian was impressive at every step of the way in terms of thought and effort in the design, understanding and guiding us with our own style and selections and functionality of design, site prep, management of the subs, overall project management, and above all = super high bar for quality and insistence on perfection.

Our neighbors also recently completed a similar project, and throughout our experience they commented frequently on how the quality of work (from demo to execution) was obvious.

Particularly given the uniqueness now around supply chain, demand for subs, etc = we are very happy with the overall project. We have a few more projects for our house, and when we are ready to take those on, there is no doubt that we will choose Corinthian again.
