We recently built a new home together and wanted to extend our back deck so we called and got some estimates for a concrete patio. We liked that Q&A was a local business and when called they came to provide an estimate the same day. The Q&A estimate was better than other companies and also they didn’t delay in their responses. Q&A also stated they could come do the job a week after HOA approval. We are very pleased with the quality of work, timeliness and value received by Q&A construction.

We highly recommend Billy and his crew! Billy is someone that you can trust to put your needs first. His attention to detail and client satisfaction is top shelf. It was such a pleasure meeting Billy and we love the work he did for us. He will be our first choice for future projects.

We recently had Q&A re-do our bathroom. We were surprised with how quickly they were able to come and talk to us about the work we wanted done and ultimately about how quickly they were able to complete the job. We appreciated how they worked hard to get the job done quickly, knowing that this bathroom was our only bathroom with a shower and we would need it functioning soon. Throughout the job, we knew they were looking out for our well-being by pointing out other issues they discovered as they were doing the work. Also, we appreciated how they cared enough to inspect the materials before installing them, and when they found problems in the materials they took it upon themselves to work to get new ones. And it was great having Mariah pick the style of all the furnishings--she made it so easy! Overall, we were really impressed with Q&A--great communication, quality work done quickly, and very easy to work with.

Q&A renovated our kitchen and while Bill was onsite we found out about his woodworking skills as well. This mug wall was a vision I had that he brought to life with incredible craftsmanship. He was super flexible throughout the process, as I ordered a few wrong-sized hooks. Really enjoyed working with him on this, seeing his creativity come through on the finished product.

I hired Q&A Construction Services to build some suspended shelves for my garage. They come highly recommended and are I've seen they do lot of custom work. It's nice to know that no job is too small! The owner Bill dispatched 2 employees for the job. The came and listened to my plan for what I wanted. Took some measurements and went for materials. They returned and got right to work, being very communicative making sure they were on target. They did a great job, I love it! Very professional will also recommend them for friends looking for all things they do!

After searching for a reliable company and receiving many estimates to complete a custom built gazebo, we settled on Q & A construction LLC. They offered a reasonable estimate along with veteran discount!
From the moment we spoke, Bill kept in constant communication and was very professional throughout the entire process. After the materials came in, he and his team showed up the next day and completed the project AHEAD of Schedule!!

We’re extremely satisfied with the outcome!

I recently remodeled a new to me home. I had a contractor come out and take out several walls; one of which was a load bearing wall. The contractor said he could support it with a beam but could not it a long enough piece of pine to cover it without a seam showing. That is when found Q&A. Bill told me he could do this and repeatedly promised there would be no seam. He, also, mentioned repeatedly that he would not promise a deadline. I later found out this is because he wants the right to take other jobs in between. My project went on for months. Every time there was a problem, I got pushed behind another project.

The final project was terribly unacceptable. I will attach pictures showing seams and imperfections that were unrepairable. When I asked for money off, he first said he wanted more money from ME! That he had to send his guys over more than expected. I am unable to see how that is my fault or problem. He finally agreed to a tiny bit off; not near enough for how bad it turned out.

If I would have known the outcome I would have paid the first guy that openly told me have there would be a seam. He was a fraction of Bill’s price.

Q&A Construction Services LLC just completed our screened-in porch and patio and we couldn't be more thrilled with it! Billy and his crew were professional, skilled, polite and friendly! They always showed up and also kept us informed, great communicating! We highly recommend Q&A

Installation of crown molding, nail fill, caulking and painting of trim.

Installed a mini split system, when it failed and I needed to use manufactures warranty, they did not respond to any of my communications.
