MK went above and beyond our expectations. There is no question these are the guys for you. We’ll definitely be staying loyal to them, and if we should need more work done they’ll be our first and only call. They redid the whole outside of our home, windows, siding, painting, and roof. It doesn’t even look like the same house, and we’re definitely the best looking house on the block.

I had some rotting soffits and gutter boards. I attempted to do some of it myself and found that I was getting a little in over my head so I called MK Solutions. They came out and gave me a fair price and even did some brick maintenance for me. David was very friendly and professional. He took the time to give me some advice and it was gladly received by this first time home owner.

We hired MK Property Solutions for a 2-day new kitchen cabinet install that turned into a full main floor renovation. Dave, the owner, heard our needs and helped guide us through the work from start to finish. He made our visions come to life. It was so nice to work with one company for all of the various jobs throughout the reno. Dave took care of everything and kept the work moving. They stayed on the job until it was complete.

Separate from the inside renovation, MK also helped us with an outside siding issue that caused water damage. Dave worked directly with our insurance company and made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way.

I had a 6’ board on board treated pine privacy fence installed by Quality Fence Company on the Eastside of Indianapolis. 2 gates, one double-gate at 8’ total wide). Everything went smoothly and the price was better than all other quotes from reputable companies (roughly 20-35 per linear ft). Start to finish took 4 business days which included tear out of old chain link fences and a tree removal. The workers were nice and professional. Billy was extremely kind and Joe was especially prompt and is an amazing craftsman of his trade!
