100% recommend this company!!! Marty and his team were incredible during our disaster. Not only did they pack our entire house in a matter of 2 weeks, but everything came back in even better condition (they cleaned what they could) and nothing was broken. They meticulously cataloged our stuff and Marty was always in contact with me. He was patient and very kind. Both his packing crew and moving guys were efficient and pleasant to work with. They broke down our furniture and put it back together with no missing pieces. We were truly blessed to have this company come to our rescue and make a terrible life event just a little better.

Marty is amazing, let's start there. When we had our basement flooded we were referred to Marty and his team for the removal of our items. Not only was the team very caring with our items but the removal and return of them in our home was flawless. They put care into our items as if they were their own. Marty even went above and beyond and got us info regarding a pool table (this was outside his wheelhouse) and went above and beyond. His communication was superior and above all he even asked us about our animals. I couldn't recommend CRS enough! Thank you Marty

Sadly, we had a flood caused by a small hole in the copper waterline in our kitchen. It created a huge mess.
Fortunately, we were referred to Content Recovery Specialists.
From the moment we met Marty, we felt at ease. There are a lot of emotions that one experiences when one’s house is damaged.
Thankfully Marty and his crew had empathy and understanding. They provided us with a plan to remove our property and store it until all the repairs could be made.
They used care in packing our property in boxes, after they photographed it. Then everything was packed in the truck and taken to the warehouse.
Marty kept in contact with us and provided a detailed list with photographs so we knew what they had.
The packers worked relentlessly to ensure everything was packaged correctly and safely. They had the whole downstairs packed up in no time.
The repairs began the next day and as we neared completion I notified Marty and he scheduled a day to return our property.
And once again the crew were efficient and professional in bringing in our property and putting it back from where it was taken from.
My wife and I are glad that there is a local business that does this kind of work on the level they did. It was one less worry and stress that we did not need. Our property was safely returned undamaged.

Marty at CRS and his entire team has been a Godsend during one of the most difficult times of our life, they helped us empty out the apartment of a family member where a tragic fire occurred. The entire team of 8 crew members were there to support us and worked under very difficult conditions to get everthing out. They've taken very good care of what we could salvage and created a detailed inventory of every item. We don't have enough words to thank them all, if we could give 10 STARS we would!

Marty and his team have been the best part of this process! While I've been really struggling with all the other departments and individuals associated with this water damage over the past 3 months, Marty was so kind and easy to talk to. He kept in communication with me the whole way through and made sure I didn't have any questions. Him and his team were able to pack my house up and out in less than 3 hours, and the return took less than 30 minutes! For it to be so early in the morning, everyone (Dee, Cesar, and Paloma) were all very nice, helpful and gentle with returning my items. I wanted to put sliders and clean the bottoms of my items before returning them to my house and the men were so patient with me, as I know some of those items were heavy. Overall, great experience with CRS! Thank you for being the simplest part of this nightmare!

I feel that my concerns are important. I didn't don't know how to go about getting a new roof, I knew I needed one, and I heard a lot of horror stories about dealing with insurance companies, but Zach and Kyler took all the worries and stress of dealing with insurance company away by being my representative with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Perfexity Roofing recently replaced the roof on our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Zach and his team guided us through every step of the process. One of the things we appreciated most was how they served as our advocate with the insurance company.

We had no idea how to navigate that part, so we gave them permission to handle all communications on our behalf. They clearly explained the process, provided realistic timelines, and kept us informed along the way. Even when the insurance company initially denied our claim for a full replacement, they didn’t give up they persisted until we received full approval for a new roof.

It was a big job. We needed all of the drywall in a bedroom and the closet removed and replaced. This included ceilings as well. We placed a call to them and within the hour a professional (Jose) came to our home to evaluate the project . The same day we received a very reasonable quote . All, of the drywall and insulation was removed, hauled away and replaced. The room and debris were cleaned up daily. He was always timely. The quality and professionalism was outstanding. We highly recommend this company for your next project. We will definitely use him for any future projects. We give them an A+++. You won't be disappointed. We love our finished room and closet.
