Eric works. We had Eric Brooks here today and he was in our crawlspace. He was very factual and giving us information on the condition of our Carl Pace. We knew it had some problems down there, but we didn’t know how severe and we were getting ready to get those addressed. Thank you. He was very kind we appreciated. We appreciated him greatly. That was hard getting under that crawlspace. you have a very good employee there. We just wanted to tell you so you know thank you and then push.

Recently I had a sinking wall causing MANY cracks between my front porch and garage. After getting several inspections and bids I decided to go with Helitech. Eric, the rep, was knowlegable, respectful and non-preassuring. The work crew that installed the pier was experienced, expediant and professional completing the job in one day. Overall Helitech provided me with a very positive experience helping to address a very concerning situation. Long term, I don't know yet but at this point I could NOT be more pleased and definitely would highly recommend them.

Such a great experience with Helitech. From the initial call to the appointment and scheduling/install of the job everything was extremely smooth and efficient. Eric was out 3 days after the initial call. He provided an extremely thorough assessment of my structural/water issues in the basement and provided a custom design to fit my needs. Leaps and bounds more detailed and informative than the other contractors I had called. They came at a reasonable price with great financing options. The crew was extremely clean and detailed. I’m a cautious and skeptical person and expected to find a mess or flaw somewhere- none to be found. Highly recommend calling Helitech with your foundation needs!

We had Eric from Helitech out to look at our basement wall that was cracking and bowing inward. Eric was very informative and was patient enough to explain the things to my wife that she did not understand. I really appreciated that. He showed us what they would fix it with and explained the install process and even showed us exactly how much it would cost that day while he was there. We couldn’t be happier with decision.

Seal Now was a wonderful experience. We appreciate their hard work on sealing our cement and our cedar wood deck.

Damon did a great job both times I’ve used his service. The first was to seal a cedar fence then again for a cedar deck.

We had a 2 year old deck cleaned, sealed and stained. The deck is 815 sq ft and needed to be sealed/stained on top & underneath. Under the deck serves as a “roof” over a walkout basement to pool and is finished with car siding.
Double the work for the crew. Not to mention it’s difficult working overhead with sprayers and such, but they got all the nooks and crannies. Absolutely beautiful!
Next was the concrete around the pool. They were careful to prep everything for maximum coverage. The color is pretty, and has a bit of gradation that makes it look more natural. So much better than grey cement! Really makes the pool stand out & look “finished”.
Everyone was friendly and professional. They were respectful of property and careful to avoid my copious flowers & landscaping as much as possible. They even covered a few plants with tarps when staining the deck.
We will not hesitate to recommend Seal Now to friends and family!
And if you’re wondering if it’s worth the investment, I say go for it!
It will make your whole property look better, and you will enjoy it every time you look outside or spend time in the yard.

Damon and his team did an amazing job cleaning and sealing our driveway and raised aggregate patio. We also have a 21 year old ipe (Brazilian hardwood) deck. Damon cleaned and stained it and now it literally looks brand new. We could ask for a better company to work with! If I could rate more stars, I would. We will definitely work with them again in the future.
