Originally this would have been a 4 star review, but I feel that Tish did such a great job addressing concerns and issues we had that they earned all 5 stars.

We had the sales/measuring rep out to our house to discuss options as we are working to put it on the market. He had lots of samples and was not pushy at all. (Even afterwards he did not try to bug us while we made our decisions) He quickly took measurements, and was respectful of our home and our time.

Once we made a decision (we looked at two other companies, and Tish had the best price and the best timeline for installation) we reached back out to our sales rep, this is the only negative comment I have, he was very hard to get a hold of. After a couple tries I explained this to the girl I was speaking with and she directed me straight to Fred Tishler. Fred was apologetic about the communication issues and handled our order directly. From there it was smooth sailing!! He was even able to expedite our installation and get it in before the photographer came to take photos for the sale of our home.

The installation team was also great and right on time, they were careful with our furniture and I was not able to find any damage to walls or baseboards. They cleaned up very well after themselves, and overall did a great job.

I truly feel Tish deserves the 5 stars and your business. Our friends referred them to us, and we plan to do the same. Fred and Rennee, thank you for going above and beyond for us. You earned loyal customers who will be back again.

If you're looking for a quick turnaround, look elsewhere. While I was able to schedule the salesman's visit quickly, it took him over a week to email the quote and I had to reach out to him first. When I received the quote, it had the wrong address listed. Once I approved the quote and asked about next steps I was sent a contract with the incorrect address again. I paid the deposit that day but another week went by with no response. I emailed the salesman who responded that he was headed to the office and would get back to me that day. I never heard from him again. The next day, I called the office and was told that the installation had been scheduled without any consultation with me. Thankfully that day worked as we had been without carpet from a water loss for some time. On the Friday before installation was to occur, I received a voicemail just before five o'clock that installation could not occur and would have to be rescheduled. As it was so late in the day, I has to wait another three days to get a new date. The carpet was installed on Tuesday. Since Wednesday morning, I have received two phone calls, one text message, and an email requesting the balance due. It appears Tish is right on top of an open invoice but can't be bothered to invest in prompt customer service.

Kelly was super helpful with getting us some new flooring in our mudroom. He was super patient with us while we weighed the pros and cons of different flooring options and pricing. He was quick to respond to messages, came out quickly to do the measuring/pricing, and the project turned out great. He even helped us get set up with an installer for a carpet repair job in another part of the house. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous experience with Tish Flooring. They had excellent communication, timeliness, professionalism. The crew that laid our floors was amazing. They review every detail and communicate along the way. I would highly recommend them for flooring projects!

David from Tish came to our home, talked to us about what we wanted, the type and colors of carpet and vinyl, then brought in samples that matched our wants. We were able to find a beautiful carpet for our bedrooms and halls. We also purchased vinyl for 2 hall bathrooms. The installers were very professional and efficient. They installed carpet in 4 bedrooms and 2 halls and the vinyl in 2 baths in 1 day. The work is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was extremely reasonable.

Fantastic!!! I highly recommend this company. I have used them twice now and both times have had exceptional service. I had a budget which the sales person stuck to and never once pressured us to upgrade. Instead she provided quotes on two products so we could make the decision. She understood this is not our forever home and we were not interested in breaking the bank. The process is so smooth, From the first visit with the sales person in my home to installation only took a couple of weeks. The men installing were great and efficient. I also recommend you pay a small fee and just have them move your furniture for you. It was so worth it.

I very highly recommend Tish Flooring for anyone who is looking for carpeting or engineered wood flooring. The sales staff, Dave, and the installers especially the 2 gentlemen who installed my engineered wood flooring did a fantastic job. They were very professional and highly skilled. I recommend Tish both in quality and price. Plus, I’m very picky!

First, our sales person, Kelly, was really wonderful. Came out of his way to bring a bigger sample of the carpet I thought I wanted. Crew that came to install were courteous, neat, clean and quick. The install went without a hitch, and they moved all the furniture. I received a return for the overage, which was nice. They also took some old carpet away (above and beyond!). I'm very happy with the result.

We had just bought a new house and needed new carpet in about half of the house. We had several companies out to give estimates and they were the lowest price!! We couldn't believe it- and it was so nice that all of the samples were brought into our house so we could see what the colors looked like next to our newly painted walls and unique stone fireplace. When we were in the big box stores looking at samples it was just so hard to imagine it in our house. It was installed very fast and the finished result is amazing. I highly recommend using them for your flooring needs and when we need to do the rest of the house- I know who we will be calling again. Thank you!!!

Great selection of flooring, the cheapest price I found (out of 6 quotes), and the installers were AWESOME!

I had a finished basement that was destroyed by a sump pump failure flood in the spring time. After getting multiple quotes, Tish had the lowest price by a few thousand. There was a surprise cost to level out my basement, but even with that cost it came in almost 1500 below the next competitor.

I can't speak highly enough of the installers. The foreman got me in a week before projected, and the installers were HARD workers. They had entire basement leveled, floor installed, cove installed, cleaned up, and looking excellent within 3 business days.

These folks are the real people. I would rate them 10/10.

My husband and I have had quite a lot of experience with Tish Flooring, as they have done three rather extensive floor installations for us over the course of the last five years. I cannot adequately express the appreciation that I have for the care and detail that they have placed on our most recent project. Michael McLemore has been instrumental in the meticulous way that this installation has been handled. Our floors our beautiful and I could not be more pleased with how things have gone.

We had Tish Flooring replace our aging hardwood floors with new Laminate wood flooring last year (04/19) and they did a fantastic job. The install crew was super professional and considerate while working in our home and took pride in their work (not an easy quality to find these days). Unfortunately, due to faulty water filter installation in our refrigerator (may have been me) we damaged a good portion of the floor about 3 months later. We just recently got around to getting this area of flooring replaced and Tish Flooring again did a great job. They were very understanding and helped us find the same flooring and die lot to ensure it would match the rest of our flooring so we wouldn't have to replace it all. The price for both the repair and original installation were more than fair for the quality of work provided. I would recommend them for your project without hesitation.

The Tish company I recommended and used during my Realtor career is the same great company now as it was then. Haley Shade was very responsive to our call for measurement and was spot on with her timing to provide us with the cost quotation. . The selection of the carpet and the installation was seamless. The installer was very professional and skilled. The house looks great and the pricing was very reasonable.

I just had Tish install new carpet in my two bedrooms. I quoted from multiple companies and Tosh had the best price for the quality of carpet. They did an incredible job with the removal and install, were very fast and did a great job cleaning up after the fact. The whole process was so easy and I love my new carpets! I will definitely be revisiting when I am ready to replace the rest of the flooring in my home.
