The crew came earlier than they said which is great for us. They did a great job installing our new carpet, I can’t even tell the connection that they made. The quality of the carpet is amazing as well I love feeling it on my feet. Also, the Tish crew were very efficient with their work and they answer all the questions I asked them while they’re working. I definitely will recommend them to others and will hire them again for our future carpet or flooring work. Thanks again Tish.

Great experience. Harry quickly zoned in on our needs for nice carpeting, to dress up house to sell without costing us an arm and a leg. We wanted something neutral, durable and of good quality to give the new homeowners many years of useful life. Installation occurred about 3 weeks after ordering and they completed the work in one day. Installers did a great job, leaving very little damage to drip and walls...literally, only 2-3 small places that were quickly painted over. When we returned home from a short vacation, we were extremely please with the results, carpets were vacuumed and the rooms looked excellent. I'd highly recommend Tish Flooring.

In April 2022, we found ourselves needing to redo our basement after a flood. Kelly made the carpet ordering process very simple, which we really appreciated since we had never purchased new flooring for our home and were unfamiliar with the process. As a result of the flood, we also needed to replace drywall, baseboards, and then obviously paint everything once it was installed. The Tish Flooring team recommended installing baseboards after the new carpet, so that is what we did. Unfortunately, several months later we learned the carpet we received apparently had a manufacturer defect and later needed to be replaced. Michael with Fish Flooring made the process easy once again and helped us submit a claim to the carpet manufacturer. Unfortunately, now the carpet has been replaced but the team who did the install damaged our new baseboards. There are 8 chunks where the wood was damaged and a black streak along the entire length of one wall. We reached out to Tish Flooring to discuss the damages noted after installation, but they said that's just part of getting new carpet installed. If they are not going to stand by the work of the carpet installation team, then we certainly would not recommend hiring Tish in the future for carpet installation needs (unless someone has a similar situation where they need new baseboards at the same time as carpet).

Edited to add: Someone else from the customer service team reached out to us after posting this review and offered to help rectify the situation. They sent out someone to repair the damaged baseboards, and that handyman was very professional and did great work! Unfortunately we are still regretting our decision to purchase this particular carpet because it seems to have the same "manufacturer defect" and is not actually good for households with children and pets due to minor stains not being able to be removed without discoloring the carpet.

I highly recommend Tish Flooring to all my friends and family who are in the market for new flooring and carpet. When we moved to our new home, we got 3 quotes for new carpet and my experience with Tish was not only the best value for my money, it was the easiest and most seamless process of all 3 companies. My Tish contact person came to our home on a Saturday to show us some sample colors and styles so we could match it to our wall color. We were extremely pleased with the product but more importantly with the service. They are very easy to communicate with-we did a lot of communicating via email. They made my life easier which is really important to busy families.

We just had carpet installed throughout our home by Tish Flooring, and had a wonderful experience from the beginning, when we had our home measured for carpet, all the way through the installation process. Our sales person, Fred, was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered our many questions as we were making our selection, and the installation team was on time, hard-working, very professional and well-mannered, and did a fabulous job! I don't know how they accomplished such a large task without one nick or scratch on our walls or baseboards! Tish Flooring went above and beyond our expectations and the price could not be beat! We had the bad luck of a major water leak in our year old new construction home. Tish completed the flooring replacement for both floors of our home (carpet upstairs and LVT downstairs). They were so easy and accommodating to work with. Wes Hix and his team completed the actual installation and they did a phenomenal job. Very impressed with the professionalism and they were all a pleasure to interact with while in our home. Highly recommended Tish and Wes!

I'd had Tish replace some carpet in a room before, so when it came time to re-floor the rest of the house, I started (and ended!) there. For the amount of floor we got, the price was very reasonable. After Greg helped us decide on a material for our new solid floors, we were able to bring several samples home to compare.

Our slab foundation ended up being not so level in a few spots, but the crew worked extra hard to get everything leveled and installed on time. The results are fantastic, right down to the tiny details. On the off chance I need floors again (with some other house, maybe?), I'll definitely be calling Tish again.

Very positive experience for me. I called Tish Flooring and a day later they measured, showed me some samples and they came to install 3 days later. The whole process was less than week and the price was half the price of the box stores. I was very pleased with the workmanship and communication throughout the process. I was very happy with Tish Flooring.

I received outstanding customer services from Sam Habibi the Sales Representative he was very receptive toward my needs. He was very comfortable to work with and he did not pressure me throughout the process. Lisa Hackney also provided excellent customer service when she contacted me about the installation of the flooring. She made sure that my needs/requests were taken care of for the installation. Tish Flooring gave me the best price for the flooring and to my surprise they moved my furniture, took up the old carpet and put down the new carpet in our two story four bedroom house with a dining room, family room and living room all in one day and they were here for about seven hours.

Everyone at Tish was wonderful to work with. Belinda, our sales rep was very responsive. The installation crew (Wes, Dalton and Ed) were amazing. Wes was meticulous about everything with the installation. They communicated their arrival time every day and just worked hard.

We moved to the Indianapolis area from out of town and had never heard of Tish Flooring. I was leary until I read the wonderful reviews so we decided to go with them. Their pricing was also much better than the other quotes we had gotten. They installed our new carpet yesterday and they did a FANTASTIC job! Their salesman worked so patiently with my husband to iron out all the details. The installers were very friendly, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and even vacuumed all the newly installed carpet before leaving! We highly recommend them. Thank you, Tish staff, for making this such a wonderful experience!

Never again.
I have referred dozens of clients to Tish, but never again. Having an amazing showroom, good pricing and installers doesn’t matter if I have to call every day to get updates on orders and installs, just to find out the sales rep ordered the wrong material.
They’re not contractor friendly, making me and my client jump through a bunch of hoops, to make zero progress.
Never again. I would rather make my clients go to 3 different suppliers, than pay good money to get nothing done

Is it possible to leave a zero star review? Classic over promise and under deliver. Salesman told us the installer would screw down loose boards before they put new carpet down; installer had no idea what he was talking about. They ordered too much vinyl plank (by two full, unopened boxes!) and when I called the installation coordinator, she told me we couldn’t return any material and “that’s just the way we do things”. I emailed my salesman with my concerns and got no response. There is a very visible seam in our master bedroom carpet. Go to Brothers. Tish is a scam.

Tish made it so easy - great service, selection, and reasonable prices! David educated me, kept his promises, and didn't try to sell me his most expensive carpet. The installers were skilled, professional, fast, on time, and cleaned up as they went. Even the service rep was great - polite and respectful and called me to confirm the appointment for the installation. We are very happy with Tish - excellent experience!

We purchased an older home that had carpet on the second floor, which we wanted to change to wood. When the carpet was pulled up, we discovered that the floors were very uneven and our floor of choice. They suggested pulling up the subfloors to see what could be done. They worked with us by supporting our aging floor joist and then putting in new subfloors. After that they were then able to level our floors, so we could end up with the floors we wanted. I have never had a company work so willing to work with me to get what we wanted. They could have said that they weren’t able to fix the problems, but Tish didn’t. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Anna for multiple projects now (9 rooms in total) and couldn’t be happier. She is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I recommend Tish to everyone, specifically Anna. I’ve also spoken with Aaron several times, and he has equally impressed me. Great company!

We just had all of the carpet replaced on our two main floors by Tish Flooring. It was one of our best decisions. Anna came out to the house with samples so that we could get a good idea of which choices looked best with our space. The products they carry are top notch and Anna was very pleasant and helpful with advice. Blake, the project coordinator, called promptly to schedule the work and let us know what they needed from us to prepare for the installers. The installers were great: friendly, professional, hardworking, and efficient. Marco communicated everything as the work proceeded. They moved a lot of very heavy furniture and were extremely careful. The carpet is beautiful, comfortable and expertly installed. We will definitely use them again when we're ready to carpet the basement.

If you want top of the line tile tish flooring is the company that you need to contact. This is an Italian marble with a beautiful grout in the joints with a glossy finish. Greg Hollinden really came through and helped us pick out an exquisite look. The workers at tish are talented. The installers were kind and professional. Notice the symmetry and precision. We originally had flooring installed in the Fall of 2022 which failed due to the subfloor not being secured correctly. After an attempt to repair the floor last month, about 400 square feet of flooring needed to be removed, the subfloor secured and leveled again with a completely new install. Additionally, the manufacturing of our original flooring had changed so we decided to go with something different. Anthony was there for us every step of the way - from bringing samples back to our house all the way down to the final day of the new installation. He addressed any concerns immediately and quality checked the installers' work to be sure things were secure and level before the new flooring was installed again. Although we had issues with our original purchase, Tish Flooring stood behind their warranty and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I cannot thank Anthony enough for the outstanding customer service and attention he provided throughout the entire process. He is a former installer himself and if I thought there was any way I could have convinced him to do the install, I certainly would have given it my best. He is top notch and Tish is lucky to have him on their team!!

Anna was a great salesperson and the carpet layers did a great job. Cost was less expensive than competitors for exact same measurements and carpet style.
