Recommended by my insurance company as part of a "trusted vendor" program. He rescheduled twice due to heat. Very understandable but on the day he was supposed to come, I never saw him, I called the office and was told he came to look at my roof. If he did actually come (which I doubt) he never left a card or any indication he was there. He was my 4th estimate. The 1st 3 found the EXACT same damage. This company found none. Submitted a report to my insurance claim that I had NO damage. He did not submit pictures like the other companies and when I questioned his office worker, she was rude and dismissive. I spoke to my insurance agent and claims adjustor and they too were surprised that a report came through with no supporting documents and said that they'd look further into the company. I don't believe he ever came by. He was behind due to staffing (he told me that) and he wanted to get it off his calendar.

Dry By Design & Roofing was prompt, completed the job in a timely matter. The roof looks great!

Warning, unfairly gets liens on his customers for jobs he hadn’t completed. I could see getting a lein on a customer if job is completed and work is good. And you haven’t been paid in full yet. But to have 95 percent of the job done. And of that work that’s done some of that had to be redone. No I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Also never scheduled there sub crews ahead of time with me as to know when they’re coming to do the work they would just show up whenever weather you’re ready or not. Jeremy Hill never gave the discount at the end of the job like he said he would. Nor did he do a walk around with me to see that I was fully satisfied like he said he would when they were done before I gave them the job. And the owner or one of the owners Brian Moore seem to defend the fact, calling it good for business the lein on my property or car for a job he had yet to completed. He called it good for business . And even charged me for the lein. Or something else. And they kind of shorted me on a few things or some of the repairs. That a home inspector pointed out that needed to be redone. . Also there communication was horrible from the start with me nothing like getting a call from a neighbor saying hey is that a roofing crew on your house? This really happened because they didn’t tell me ahead of time they were coming and then they would say well you don’t need to be there for us to do the work. I would then remind them that you know I wanted to be there that’s what I told you and we talked about from the start. And it was like that the whole time from them once they started working. After giving them the job. The job my house storm damage repair overall looks good except for a few minor things that they should of taken care of. Hard to believe they are going to leave a piece of siding like that on the back of my house being a professional business This was the things the home inspector pointed out that they refuse to do or fix or redo so I guess it’s good enough. Over $24,000 job and it’s been about a year they’ve been paid in full for the work and I’m still waiting for them to remove the lien they never should of gotten. This is a honest fair review. Next time probably use Angie’s list instead of the preferred contractor of my insurance company. Liberty Mutal/Safco. And hopefully don’t have these problems. Of all the companies I’ve ever hired to to do any work. Dry by design is the only company to have ever gotten a lein and for job they haven’t yet completed? I didn’t even know that was possible.!

My mother had a tree fall, damaging the roof and interior walls. From start to finish they were professional, resolving the issues quickly and efficiently.

My house was flooded due to toilet overflow on the 2nd floor. My insurance adjuster recommended them to me for restoration. Everyone in the team was very polite and professional. Communication was wonderful: I asked a lot of questions and they kindly and patiently listened and explained to me. All my requests were put down in the restoration plan and completed. My emails or phone calls were returned promptly. The restoration work included drywall removal+repair+paint in two rooms, patching a large 8'x10' ceiling cutout+ repainting the entire ceiling in the kitchen, as well as installation of new carpet and pad in two rooms, a new vanity with sink, a new mirror, and a new toilet. Their job quality was excellent: both the ceiling patch and carpet matched and blended with existing ceiling/carpet so well. I would highly recommend them.

Jason and his team did an excellent job repairing a leak behind the roof and siding. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Very highly recommended!

Great company! My mom had some storm damage to her roof and they were our advocates with the insurance company. They always kept us informed and helped us each step of the way. The insurance finally paid out and the roof looks great! We were even able to do a little bit of upgrades while they were working on it at a lower than market cost. Hard and fast workers. If you want someone to be an advocate for you and deliver what they promise, go with Dry by Design.

DBD did a great job putting a,new roof, gutters, downspouts, & leaf filters on my home!! A couple of minor things were repaired, also, which made me very happy!!!
