We had an interesting situation where we were buying a new home and the inspections came back with roof damage. We then needed a estimate and reached out to 3 roofing companies. Not only did Dry by Design get us an estimate the fastest but they were the only one explaining all the estimate covered and suggestions and reasoning behind it. They were very easy to work with and great communicators. The roof got done on time and on budget. Highly recommend

This process was very smooth. I entered a request for a quote on their site and a couple days later had an email from Joe with a proposal. I never knew they came by....and the price was competitive. Two days later he had a crew at my house. They did a great job.... in and out in a few hours. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found this company. I’d started sealing my own driveway due to a couple bad experiences, but I’ll be calling AAA from now on.

AAA was great,,,,Joe was great. They got back with us quick and even with the dicey weather Joe kept in touch and let us know possible days when they would come and get our long driveway done. I also noticed several of my neighbors also getting their driveways redone by AAA and that goes a long way to know that my neighbors also trust their work. Our driveway looks great. We really appreciate their hard work and the quality and timeliness of their work. Keeping in communication with us throughout the process really helps when our whole household is busy running around. Well done AAA!

I recently had AAA Sealcoating and Paving come out and completely remove, expand, and repave my driveway. This was my first time redoing a driveway and they were very helpful along the way with explaining the process. During the project I could tell they had a commitment to quality because they chatted through a few issues I had with an old tree stump and gave me a chance to have our tree removal company come back out to remove a stump further to ensure the driveway wouldn't sink over time. Other companies may have just paved the driveway but this commitment to make sure I had the best base to put my driveway on was so appreciate and was just one of several reasons as to why I would recommend AAA to any of my friends or family. Overall everyone i interacted with was great, the end product looks fantastic, and the price was very fair.

Beginning with the positives: the actual asphalt work done by AAA was outstanding and the final result looks absolutely amazing. The crew was very friendly, professional, and even offered to help move an item from the driveway to the porch which they totally didn't need to do!

The negatives: the lady who is managing the schedule and coordinating the work is very deficient in her communication abilities and organizational skills.

On multiple occasions to attempt to obtain vital information, I was unable to get a timely response. I was originally told they only schedule 1 week out at a time, however after receiving an estimate and immediately accepting the proposal, I was not scheduled until a month later.

Additionally due to rain in the forecast I inquired via both email and multiple phone calls throughout the week and day prior if work was still expected to continue which were ignored. Finally on the day that work was supposed to occur she responded that the work was being rescheduled to a day I previously told her on multiple occasions would not work with my schedule.

After this I had not heard from AAA for yet another month. By this point I had already reached out to another asphalt company as I had given up on AAA due to their unprofessional and poor communication. However the new day that was finally offered by AAA was earlier than when the other company was scheduled to work; and due to falling temperatures in the month of September, the risk of not accepting the day AAA offered was too great if unpredictable weather caused another reschedule.

Despite the exceptional work, it is unlikely I will be recommending AAA to others or using them again in the future. Unfortunately their coordinator's lack of proactive communication and poor organizational skills almost prevented us from having our driveway asphalt repaired and sealed before the season ended.

As a returning customer, we continue to be positive about our experience. Quality job as scheduled. The workers were courteous and did an excellent job with our very steep driveway. We highly recommend AAA and will use them again in the future.

Quality work done efficiently. Hearing back about an estimate took a bit of time but once it was received, they were able to be out to complete the job within 2 weeks.

Great communication and product. We had AAA do just a sealcoating job on an asphalt driveway that was about 2 years old. We were out while the job was completed. They did the job without a trace and it looks fantastic. Pricing was reasonable, but we didn't really shop around. It was a massive time saver for us just to have them do it.

AAA did a great job with our driveway. They were very responsive to our request for a quote, and provided a reasonable quote. The invoice matched the quote, no surprises. It took a couple weeks to get the job scheduled and completed, but it was a busy time of year. We are very happy with the quality of the work, and our driveway looks great.

Update: We hired them again this year; scheduling was faster and the quality was great once again. Very happy with the communication and service.

AAA did a Sealcoating on my driveway. They arrived the day they said they would, which was sooner than what they initially thought. They were quick, efficient and my driveway looks brand new again. I thought their price was reasonable, and I would recommend them. Thanks again!

AAA did a great job on our residential driveway. It was a complete rip n replace. The team onsite was careful with the surrounding landscape and left the site in a clean condition which was much appreciated. The asphalt drive itself was a great finished product.
