Ecobak Restoration is awesome. We've painted after they've done the work, many times, and they always do a great job.

My sump pump flooded the utility room and the family room. The staff at Ecobak were absolutely wonderful. Fans and dehumidifiers were brought right out. They cleaned up after they left. I felt like they cared about me and highly recommend them.

EcoBak is incredible. I use them because I know they will get the job done right, in timely manner and I trust them. I wouldn't call anyone else, their work and communication has been impeccable. Very thankful I found Rikki and Brody!

These guys were amazing. They were super quick to respond to my calls. We were doing a kitchen remodel and found mold and our timelines were tight and they were extremely accommodating and flexible! They were very respectful when they came into my house - and asked if I wanted them to cover the rugs they would walk on with plastic. They always cleaned up after themselves with a shopvac. They were very kind and showed me what they were doing and always answered any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they took care of the mold without issue. I felt their prices were fair, too. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

After having water run into two floors of the house and the basement, I initially called about four companies to come out and give me an estimate. Of all the places that I called, Ricky at EcoBak Restoration was the most knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly, gave an incredibly fair price, and was very kind.

Ricky had come within a day or two to get everything started with the mitigation to help prevent any mold from forming, which can happen if you leave the water damage alone for too long. He walked me through the process of what he was doing, gave a general timeframe, and did a great job with getting everything set up.

Since insurance initially stated they would not cover any of the damages after two tries on our end, EcoBak actually gave it a shot from their end and got all the water damage covered by insurance. This was so helpful! Once insurance got involved, the process was no longer going super quick like it had been, but that is the fault of insurance themself and not a reflection of EcoBak Restoration at all.

I would definitely use this company again in the future.

My two year old (only two!!) got mold growing in the attic and we asked Ecobak Restoration to fix the problem and also added preventative sealing. Matthew and Adam of Ecobak Restoration quickly came on the next day to fix our problem! Thank you!!

Brody Dell promptly came out to investigate the problem, to find out it was rather extensive, EcoBak fixed the problem and educated on the process along the way.

Brody and the Eco Bak Team helped us with putting our house back together after a major leak (like replace all the floors kind of leak) They were great to work with. Can't recommend them more.

My basement sump pump failed, called echobak based on 61 five star google reviews. To my shock they turn out to be very unprofessional, communication is just terrible, the work provided is just subpar, the job was eventually completed but took 3 months more than what was agreed on. In the process they damaged the bathrooms ejector pump, mirrors and a faucet and basically refused to compensate for the damages. The ejector pump alone cost me $1800.
I am giving 2 stars just because they showed up quickly when the flood happened and they did eventually finish the job. Everything in between was just the worse experience I’ve had with any contractor.
