These guys do a great job with roof repair for storm and wind damage. Attention to detail wa impressive, high quality team, solid communication. All around a great crew to work with and price is very decent for the quality of work they do.

As a Christmas fanatic’s husband who has always liked Christmas lights but been opposed to having them on MY house purely because of the hassle, Supreme Clean’s service was tailor made for me. They supply the lights, install them, take them down, store them through the winter and bring them back the next year. All I had to do was coordinate a time and tell them where I wanted the lights and the rest was taken care of. Their team was prompt and respectful of the property. Customer service has been great (came back the next day when the installer ran out of lights for one of my pillars). The house looks fantastic!… I strongly encourage you to give them a call! 10/10

We hired Indy Wash Solutions to power wash our deck. He was professional, extremely thorough, and hard working. He got us on the schedule the following day and finished the job in a timely manner. If you’re looking for someone to do a great job and provide excellent service, he’s your guy!

I don't tend to write bad reviews, or reviews in general, but this company genuinely upset me. They didn't do a satisfactory job and were disagreeable when I raised concerns.

We hired them for gutter cleaning, and they did arrive promptly despite a recent snowfall, indicating it was light-hanging season and wished to complete the task asap. And while they did complete the gutter cleaning, our initial agreement included bagging and hauling the accumulated leaves and other refuse away. Having completed their task, they instead asked if they could spread what they collected from the gutters throughout our yard. We didn't mind as long as they made a reasonable effort to keep it off the decks and sidewalks.

We paid upon completion without first double checking their handiwork, which was our error. We looked around after they left and found very little effort was made to remove or at least blow away large chunks of soggy debris left on the deck. And while the gutters were cleared, large piles of leaves in immediately adjacent corners of the roof remained untouched, despite being easily reachable by the leaf blower they used for the gutters.

We raised concerns about both the remaining leaves in the pockets of the roof and the accumulated debris left on our deck, but were snubbed via text by the people who originally performed the task, and snubbed again when we attempted to reach out via their corporate phone number. Having already paid the full amount, we had no remaining leverage save to write this complaint.

We do not believe their performance, nor their behavior after the fact was worth $350, and will not be using their services again for future seasons. We feel that their main priority was moving on to the aforementioned light-hanging as quickly as possible, and that the details surrounding our gutter cleaning were an inconvenience. Something to be ignored so long as we weren't paying attention. No recommendation. Pictures of our deck and roof attached.

This our second year with imperial exteriors roofing doing our Christmas lights and we love it. Their customer service is amazing and they adapt to your needs so well. We only had an issue with a bulb once and they came to fix it immediately. So glad I found them.

They put up my exterior lights and a wreath out front! Looks fantastic!

Second, the roof installation itself was outstanding. Their crew was efficient, courteous, and completed the job in a single day with excellent workmanship.

Finally, when the newly installed shingles initially appeared to have a color defect, Imperial Exteriors assured me they were monitoring it and would replace the shingles at no cost if the issue didn’t resolve. In the end, the coloring corrected itself with time and weather, but I really appreciated that they stood behind their product and were willing to make it right.

Across all phases of the project, the team was responsive and professional. I highly recommend Imperial Exteriors.
