We used Imperial this year to put up our Christmas lights! I can’t say enough great things about this company. Noah and team were all so great to work with. The lights look amazing and we can’t wait to show them off during the holiday season. We had an issue with strong winds knocking a few of the lights loose (no fault of theirs) and they were out within hours to fix them. Highly impressed with their quality of service, communication and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again next year!

I can’t speak more highly of Imperial and the work they’ve done on my home. A large storm had damaged our roof in June. Noah, who was in the neighborhood helping another family down the street, saw the damage and stopped by. I had already made arrangements for a different roofing company to come over but the earliest they could come out was several days later. Noah offered to tarp the roof for free, surveyed the damage, and showed us pictures of what was going on. He was kind and empathetic to our situation and made no attempts to sell us anything. We chatted for a few and he provided me a business card and brochure about his company. After he left, I did some additional research and immediately canceled our other appointment. The team at Imperial was kind, prompt in their communication, and willing to help us navigate a situation we had never experienced.
