We needed an old gutter repaired but it was apparent we needed new gutters and down spouts and some minor repair to some trim and fascia boards. We got a quote, it was reasonable in comparison with other contractors and the work done was fast and professional.

From beginning to end, Bill was great!! I never had to ask any questions because everything was taken care of. 5 stars all the way around!!!!!

Need a roof?, well this is the company to go with. This company was a blessing to me, and it was God sent. I had two other quotes. I was all setup to have this other company do the job, but God somehow put Circle City Roofing on my cell phone, and I don't know why, but I called, and Bill came out right away and gave me a no hassle estimate. For some reason I canceled the other two good companies and went with Circle City. I'm sooo glad I did.
Bill did an outstanding job on my beautiful new roof. He's reasonable, and he's kind, and he will go that "extra mile", in other words, he'll do whatever it takes to make you happy, and get the job done right.

Bill was very responsive to talk to and did a great job of explaining the benefits of the roof that they installed compared to the roof that was on the house previously. The team was very timely and had the entire projected completed in one day. Can't imagine using someone else for roofing!

I was in distress over the outcome of a recent roofing problem from another company and posted pictures and my concerns on the neighbor next door app on a Sunday night. Several neighbors and companies responded. Circle City Roof being one. Bill Wright called me and gave me sound advice which made me feel better. His customer service skills were fantastic and help my frantic mood subside. His willingness to reach out on a Sunday night, spoke volumes of his integrity.

My home had some roof damage when I purchased it and I wanted a new roof for peace of mind. I was browsing through Nextdoor looking for company suggestions and came across Circle City Roofing. I contacted the owner and got a quote. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with them and I’m glad I did! They did a fantastic job. They were also very reasonably priced. It’s been about a month now and everything is looking good. If I were to have any issues in the future, I feel confident that they would take care of it.

Great company! Bill went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and working with the adjuster to make the process smooth and simple for me. They were quick and courteous. I felt very comfortable with them and they got the job done in a day with zero mess left for me! Lots of companies to choose from but you can’t go wrong with these guys!

Bill was excellent to work with. From the estimate process through the work day. He answered any and all questions I had in a way I understood exactly what the plan was. The crew did a pretty good job of be cautious with my landscaping (difficult task in all reality) and their clean up process was meticulous only leaving a few bits here and there (again, somewhat expected). I would definitely recommend Bill and his crews for your roofing needs!

Love our new roof!. We had a 2 layer tear off. The guys did a great job. They were very careful with our landscape and did a thorough job with clean up. The owner Bill is quick to answer questions and help with any concerns you might have (even answered while he was on vacation). You won't be disappointed choosing this company to do your roof.

The owner Bill was super friendly, communicative, and speedy. He has a few crews he manages and they do a decent job sending pictures throughout the re-roofing. My old roof was in horrible condition and needed a total redeck which Bill warned me might be the case before he started working (he provided two scenarios for the quote). Pricing was very fair. He even threw in some extra trim pieces for free that were needed due to large gaps I had in broken or rotted siding. The crew did a great job cleaning up. Some of the silicone they used went on a little sloppy but some of that is due to the siding gaps. Overall, everything went well and I would definitely use the company again.

I can not say enough about this company. Bill was right on point with his service and response and attention to every detail. His pricing was more than fair after checking wit other roofing companies. He worked with the adjuster and my insurance company and his professionalism is flawless. He made sure every mail and shingle was cleaned up and looked as though they were never here when they were done. My roof looks amazing. I will only use CCR and any future riffing or gutter issues. 😊
