I had a large project to do. New roof, new decking and soffit. Dylan explained the project details, time it takes and clean up for everything upfront. He worked with my schedule and once we had a date they completed everything in about 3 days. Professional crew and company. House looks great! Would certainly recommend!

They provided active insurance claim assistance at every step of the way beginning with documentation of the extent and specifics of the damage using modern drone technology. They were present during the insurance company inspection, properly documenting the needed repairs and costs in a manner that was acceptable to the insurance company and filing the necessary documents. Their service and workmanship were outstanding, as was their communication throughout the project. The company also includes a guarantee that goes far beyond any I have seen in this industry. Unfortunately our insurance company gave us an extremely hard time getting the process approved and I was very happily surprised how much extra work dylan put in to our case to help us get our claim approved and not to have to pay anything over our deductible. his team did great work and got the job done in a timely fashion. Recently, we had Indianapolis Roofing replace our Roof, Gutters, and also had them paint our house.
All three projects were completed on time. Roofing was completed early.
The work was professionally done, and the entire area was clear of debris.
Dylan was fair and honest. When we were thinking about replacing all of our decking, he explained that only part of the decking needed work, saving us thousands of dollars.
The roof looks great, and I know we are safe for years to come.
The painting helped to freshen up the house. It hadn’t been overall painted in years.
The gutters are now the standard size, and they have the leaf guards, so that I won’t have to climb up and clean them out.

We asked that the company quote the roof replacement for our daughter's house. Every other company gave us a run-around about how they had to get in front of our insurance company and were double or triple the estimate given by Indianapolis Roofing.
They were very quick with the estimate and did exactly what we wanted in a professional way - no pushy sales tactics at all.
They stated they would drop off the materials at a certain time and were very punctual.
On replacement day, they showed up on time and were very professional. They did not have materials and trash strewn all around like many other roofing companies we had witnessed in the area. The job was completed quickly and perfectly. When the crew left, the yard and area was in better shape than when they arrived. They cleaned it up as well as they replaced the roof.
Perfect experience all around, from estimate, to sales, to picking colors, replacement, cleanup and follow-up. I had a roof leak on my house, right in the middle of my living room. From first contact with Indianapolis Roofing until the work was completed was barely 24 hours.
However the crew they sent out did not do the agreed upon job (a valley rebuild), they only patched a small area. I called to ask the company to send someone to inspect the work. A few days later they sent another crew and they completed the work as expected.
Unfortunately when they finished, they left a pile of torn off shingles, nails and other debris next to my driveway, saying someone would be by to pick it up.
It’s been ten days now and three messages to the company, who assured me they would send a truck, and the pile remains. I know this company has great reviews for good work and clean up-that is why I chose them for my job, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

I received multiple quotes for our roof. They were the most reasonably priced. They were able to replace our roof within a week as we were on a tight timeline and had to have everything completed by a certain date! Needless to say they provided us with an excellent outcome, they were efficient and ensured proper communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof!
