Had a wonderful experience Rob came out did a great job Great Guy great conversation I would highly recommend White Hat restoration carpets look and smell, great price was reasonable

Scheduled an appointment received a confirmation text the day before. The day of they are a no show. I tried to call several times and message and no response. Waisted my time. I adjusted my time to make sure all my furniture was moved and everything was ready, just for them not to show.

I highly recommend White Hat Restoration for carpet cleaning. They were prompt, informative, friendly and efficient. My carpet looks great and no more wine stain! Thanks, White Hat!

Oliver did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent. He was meticulous and went above and beyond anything expected. He took extra steps to make sure there no future dryer fires. Friendly polite guy.

They cleaned all our carpet - 2 bedrooms and a great room and the hallway. Daniel was very professional and spent a good amount of time cleaning. He left everything clean. Carpets look good.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner that was able to clean carpet where there was a lot of traffic areas and needed deep cleaning. I finally found a company that really cleans carpet very well. I was very happy with the outcome would recommend them to whoever was looking for a really good company that know how to deep clean carpet...

I will say I dont review often. BUT I am very impressed by the service and character displayed by this company. I was nervous to try someone new. So glad I did! My carpet looks cleaner than I have EVER seen it!

You should def keeping looking for a GOOD floor cleaner because this guy is not it. Completely unprofessional,unorganized his workers will break things in your house and not even say anything. One of his employees ran the cleaning van into a customers house. Not to mention this guy is being sued by several people for such reasons like not finishing the job after being paid. And he doesn’t pay his workers on time and sometimes not at all. Good luck hiring this joke of a company.

They let me know that they could come early which was great. Did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for your next carpet cleaning. If possible ask for Mr. Daniel Yattaw.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning. The guy did a very good job. There was a pretty big dark spot that was long ways on my carpet and he lightened it up quite a bit. Thank you so much!

Rob who cleaned my tile was too friendly and talked too much. He did a horrible job on my grout. The color seal came right off. Then they did not want to fix my grout. Rude and hung up on me. Then Megan the wife came to fix the grout with the wrong color and said she would come back. It's been over a week no calls back and no response. Please do not use this company
My floor looks a mess. 😒

White Hat responded promptly to my inquiry regarding some mildew in our attic that was noticed during an home inspection. They were able to complete the job quickly as well. The services were fairly priced and they sent me all the documentation I needed for my buyers. Although I hope to not have remediation needs in the future 😅 I would hire again if something arose and would definitely recommend to others.

Love this company! They came on short notice because we had a spill that needed cleaned up pretty quickly. They were exactly on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was very impressed not many companies do all these things at once. The guy who came was very courteous and professional and very Timely. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely be using them again when needed. And this is not part of a promotion and I was not paid to say this.

I’m so happy that I was able to use White Hat to have my carpets cleaned! The guy that did the carpets was very polite and quick and I’m so happy with how my carpets look! I’ve tried in the past to clean them myself and with 3 dogs and a toddler it’s not always the easiest (and you can imagine the stains!) and they were in and out in a little over 30 mins with the 2 rooms I needed done before the holidays and they even had same day appointments still open! I’m glad I finally scheduled and had it done! Thank you so much!

Just used White Hat for a second time. Rob did an awesome job cleaning my carpet. Very professional. Got in and out and looks amazing! *Worth noting the carpet in the first picture is likely over 20 years old.
1st time using: Keith was nice and professional. Cleaned 4 areas, 2 kids room and a great room (considered 2 areas). He did an amazing job in the kids bedrooms, especially removing the spill stains. The great room looks great. He wasn't able to get the heavy traffic areas back to normal (I blame myself for waiting too long to get the carpet cleaned), but looks much better and ready for the holidays! They were VERY accommodating to my schedule, even after I requested changes. I will be happy to use them again!
