This company came out as soon as they could and Austin & Gavin were personable & professional and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. This is my second time using First Serve and I highly recommend them!

These two guys from first serve, Austin and Corbin, did in about 30 minutes what four of us couldn’t achieve in 3 days and for half the price. (Just for the record they probably could’ve done it in less time had our carpet not previously been royally messed up). Not only that, but they came back two days later to guarantee they effectively scrubbed out all the residue left in our carpet.

For context, my family came over to help my boyfriend and I clean our condo’s carpet ourselves, since our cats had pretty much decimated sections of our carpet with cat urine and vomit over the years. Between deep cleaning with rental equipment and drying the carpet with three rented industrial fans, we invested about $300 and 3 days of labor ourselves. Wish I could say it was worth it, but after all was said and done, we were left with residue filled carpet that felt worse than we started (I’ve since been informed I over saturated our carpet in cleaning solution which left behind that gross sticky residue - don't believe the ratios on the damn bottle). It left my feet with a grimy black substance on it, and also, because who doesn’t love a cherry on top, the smell of cat urine still persistently lingered like the ghost of Christmas past.

Frustrated to say the least, we caved, called in the professionals, and after seeing their results I can confidently say I’ll never deep clean a carpet myself again in this lifetime. Just call in the pros. The first day, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes total and that was after they sprayed some extra enzymatic solution to kill the incessant pet odor everywhere. They even came back when I’d called and said the carpet still felt sticky in some areas, and again were in and out in even less time than before. True champs. They were efficient, friendly, professional, non-judgmental (can’t say I’d be the same if I walked in and saw some of our gnarly cat stains), communicated everything patiently, and they were just amazing in general. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They did an amazing job! A paint roller with bright blue paint accidentally got dropped on our cream carpet. You can’t even tell it happened! Highly recommend their services. Also very reasonably priced!

They did a fantastic job and worked hard to get stains out that we didn’t expect to come out. Very professional and communicated well. Would absolutely use the again.

Austin and Mark did an excellent job with our carpets. We are moving to a new house whose carpets needed some TLC and they made them look brand new. Excellent communication by them, service, and a fantastic all around experience. Thanks to those two guys for their hard work!

The two gentlemen arrived and did a VERY thorough job on my mom's recliner. I was very impressed with the quality of the service that they provided and how great the chair looked after they were done.

Bryce and (I can’t remember the other guys name) but they were amazing! Polite, efficient and just did a fantastic job. We will continue to use them!

Business reps were punctual to arrive and prepare a quote and schedule the job. The responding staff were on time and reviewed the planned action. Three areas classrooms; church and Rectory were completed in four hours. No stains remained. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were very cognizant of the sites property. I can't say enough for the professionality and effectiveness of First Serve Cleaning and Restoration,

Mark & Justin were polite, attentive and the carpet looked great. The soft scent left was clean smelling.. we were impressed. 5 stars guys!!!!

This is the 3rd time we’ve used First Serve for carpet cleaning. As always, customer service of the techs was great!! They explained the process before and after great and really took care of our carpet. The carpet looks and smells great. We had an area that our dog targeted and had a smell. The smell is no longer there! Will use again and continue to recommend.

First Serve is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Glenn and Bryce have been a pleasure to work with. We have a 20-year old carpet that we don't want to give up - mess and chaos with replacing. We were so pleased with the carpet cleaning. I dropped a burning candle, leaving soot and wax, and we scrubbed white spots into the carpet where out cat spit up. There is now no evidence of these mishaps. It looks fabulous - the best any cleaners have ever done. We might well get another 20 years out of it.They are responsive and punctual. I highly recommend First Serve for carpet cleaning and whatever else they do. We also used them for water and remediation for our condo and the one below us when our bathtue overflowed several months ago. Great work!

As a local Not-for-Profit, we cannot speak highly enough about what First Serve Restoration as they have done our commercial carpet cleaning for 7 years. Most recently, they also did an amazing remediation job after the Christmas Eve storm. December 2022 caused a fire suppression pipe to flood our building. Despite the amount of water and the timing, First Serve responded on Christmas to set an appointment for the next day. They were easy to communicate with, sharing information needed for our insurance claim. We had water in the bulkheads, walls and carpets. Despite our open concept, they worked with our connections/contractors to find a way to build a "tent" in our space, so the affected area would dry faster and prevent mold issues. Todd & Glen were on-site regularly to monitor progress and answer questions. Their team was respectful, professional and willing to work with other repair vendors we had coming in for other needed repairs. First Serve is our first choice and we would highly recommend them!

First Serve was easy to work with when we had a water leak that soaked a bedroom and living area. The owner, Todd, actually came out the same day I called to do an inspection/estimate on site himself. Todd and his team were all professional as well as personable. Austin, Brice and Glen did an excellent job, communication was top notch and they are an all around friendly group of guys. I would definitely call on them again!

We Utilize first serve cleaning services many times. Austin is always on time, great communication and professional. The team takes great care of every item they clean and both Austin and mark did a great job!

Excellent service. My 2 & 3 year old basically flooded my upstairs and it leaked all throughout the ceiling to the first floor and damaged one whole side of my house. These guys were here in the matter of an hour to get the ball rolling. Very thorough and very polite people to work with. I would highly recommend their services. Thanks for getting my house under control so quickly.

The service I received was beyond what I could’ve asked for. I had a water leak and required remediation. They were at my house with 90 minutes from when I called them and did excellent work. They were thorough and respectful.

Very impressed and will definitely use this company again. We had both carpet and mattress cleaning done after we had a sick family member dirty our carpets and beds. We were able to get on the schedule quickly, the guys were so friendly, and the cleaning itself was phenomenal.
