I had an excellent experience with the staff from First Serve Cleaning in handling sewage flood at the home of my senior parent. The staff at First Service Cleaning were kind, respectful, trustworthy, and good communication. I also allowed them to manage the rebuild due to my overwhelming confidence in their ability to address are needs.

My carpets were a disgusting mess after years of wear & tear. Techs Austin & Andre did a fabulous job. They went above & beyond & now I feel like I have brand new carpeting. Austin & Andre were professional, kind, funny & polite. I called my landlord & recommended that they use First Serve Cleaning & Restoration for all of their properties.

Fast and did a great job. Very friendly! Great Christian guy even offered my husband prayer. Offered enzymes for cat pee smell and suggestions. Will definitely use them again.

We had some light flooding in our basement, and it wasn't something we have dealt with before, so we really wanted to find someone we could trust, and they had great reviews so we gave them a call. They definitely earned them! They were quick to come out, very polite, thorough in their evaluation, and then honest about us not needing any special services and that we could dry the rest out using what we had. They even answered some random questions we had for good measure.

First, they kept the appointment and were on time, that’s saying a lot these days!! There were two guys, Both very courteous and respectful. We looked over the carpets I needed cleaned. They gave me solutions to some problem areas, that was included in the price. They went right to work and got the job done. They ask me to inspect it before payment. I was very pleased with the results. Some problem areas looked better than I thought they would. I have used First Serve before, it was the same, professional employees and quality work. Glad they were recommended to me years ago!

Gavin & Austin were great! They provided excellent service on behalf of First Service Cleaning & Restoration. They were hired to clean the carpets as part of the move out process and i couldn’t be happier with how clean they looked. The were professionally, respectful and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Today was are first cleaning of our couch with First Serve Cleaning. They prompt in arriving, and great to work with! My sectional sofa looks and smells great. I will definitely call them again for more services

Updated review: the general manager and two other team members came back to our house a few days later and remedied the issue of the few spots on our carpet and now everything is perfect! Very courteous and professional.

Whole house carpet cleaning -
I would have given a higher review but they didn’t get a spot clean in our master bedroom carpet. I thought for sure, being a professional cleaning service, they’d get it out. So that was super disappointing.

Otherwise, I have no other complaints. The guys were nice and moved quickly. They moved our big furniture as well. And our quote was the same as what we paid. However, I will likely be going with a different service next time we need all of our carpeting cleaned again.
