If you use this company be sure to be there. We are out of state and our home had major water damage,this company was there less than 3 hours, vacuum up what was easy to get to, told insurance job was completed and were paid full amount of the job, what a nightmare, we finally was able to get insurance to repay to get it done right!!@

The basement at my rental property had bacteria and mold damage from the sewer drain backing up. The owner was very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance on resolving the issues. I would recommend and use this company again.

Rainbow International is the best! Their work was excellent and their customer service was phenomenal. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to add this one because they definitely went above and beyond. They were incredibly patient while we worked with my insurance company and their communications were always professional and timely! They saved my basement! I will definitely be passing their information on to anyone I know who is dealing with water mitigation!

Excellent service! Discovered several roof tiles missing on Christmas Eve. They came same day and put tarps on my roof which saved me from having serious water damage inside as several days of rain soon followed. Highly recommend!!

Carriage Cleaners was amazing. The staff was friendly when called as well as pick up and drop off. They were fast on the turn around time as well. Highly recommend.

Items returned faded and not completely clean. My biggest frustration however is that several expensive items were lost. They refuse to investigate because they "store customers belongings separately," yet I received several items that weren't mine. They have some great staff, Josh, Caleb, and others. I was very unhappy with Mike who was aggressive, disrespectful of my belongings, condescending, and disregarded my requests to not take certain items. The icing on the cake was him having a BM in my home. How unprofessional! I'm completely disappointed that valuable items were lost. They did reimburse me costs, but you can't put a price on everything.
