After experiencing a devastating fire, we were overwhelmed with the list of tasks that come with the territory.  Thankfully, Ashley and Hirum from FRSTeam (by Milto Cleaners) were amazing and exceed all of our expectations with the textile and electronic cleaning process. They were prompt, professional and consistent.  Our possessions were handled with care and precision, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fire damage cleaning and restoration!  Truly cannot say enough good things about these individuals and FRSTeam!

Horrible service. They gave us items belonging to other people and were extremely slow with processing our stuff. The items that they were "allowed" to clean was very inconsistent. They said they could not clean things with sequins, but yet clean multiple items with sequins. In addition, they tried to make us pay for a storage fee for an extra month when we'd already received the rest of our items. We also suspect that some of our items were "misplaced". We are not 100% because they were hired due to my family experiencing a total loss house fire. It was a extremely frustrating and saddening experience, especially during such a traumatic time. 0/5 stars if I could. Would NEVER recommend.

They do an exceptional job helping get you back on your feet after a disaster! Highly recommend them they make you feel like family! Great job keep up the excellent service!

We would be remiss if we didn't acknowledge what a great experience we've had with Milto's. They have been a bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience we've had after a lightning strike resulting in a fire at our home. They have been kind & thoughtful, willing to help in any way they could. Our interactions with pickup folks to management have restored our faith that customer service "the old-fashioned way" is still out there! Thanks to all!

William showed up to inspect and quote the job when he said he would, he quoted an excellent price, showed up to do the work when he said he would, did a great job, and stuck to the quoted price. When at first my water accident happened the first couple days were on time, after that it was one excuse after the other my insurance company decided to go with someone else I had no choice, but I’m glad they did

This is the second time I’ve used First Serve Cleaning for my white sofa and wool area rug. The team did a fantastic job and were very professional and courteous. My sofa and rug look amazing! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Austin and Andre arrived on time. They got right to work. They did a great job cleaning all the carpet in our house. The process was explained well and we were given the approximate drying time. Shoe covers were given to us to use to walk on our carpet till it was dry. The price was fair. I would definitely use their services again!
