Quick, easy and knowledgeable. The previous owners had put fixtures in but the wires were not connected properly, thankfully we called an electrician to fix. Xavier was very helpful to assist and install new fixtures after correcting the problem.

Boy am I happy The " other " electrical service company was too busy doing warranty work to take on my project. Xavier was a patch of blue sky in a cloudy heaven. He explained how the system worked he gave me three options he was polite he was engaging and seemingly very knowledgeable. He got to work got it done cleaned up and I am very pleased. I will tell my friends about him as well as request him directly in the future. Thank you karma.

I don't recommend this company at all.
I'll start with the good news, which is that the wiring that they did works.
Now with the negative. Thus was the sloppiness interior work that I have ever had done and there is permanent damage to a wall that will require drywall repair and repainting. Previous interior work that we have had done (electricians, window replacement, shower door installation, etc) left no signs of any work ever being done. They were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves.
Mr. Sparky was the sloppiest work I have ever seen. It appears that they may have used any other tool besides a saw to make the holes for the wiring. They then tried to cover it up with another electrical plate on one wall and they lusy left it as it was on another. They damaged my paint in other areas.
They also left a huge mess.
Naturally, I called and complained. They sent the technician back out to correct some things, but he couldn't fix giant hole in the wall.
They put me in touch with a general contractor to fix the damage. We are still waiting for the work to get done.

Disappointing. Technician was nice, but didn’t listen to my requests and quoted an excessive solution drilling through concrete. I requested a tech I’ve had before and trust, but they didn’t send him. Tech they did send was just to estimate- he would send someone another day to do job. Not pleased at all.

I scheduled an appointment from 8am-12pm and waited all morning. No electrician showed up. At 11:30am, I received a call asking to reschedule for two days later — after I had already wasted most of my day waiting. Poor communication and very unreliable.

Mr. Sparky replaced our Church's interior lighting and got us updated to a more energy-efficient option. Great work by professionals that were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Adam was early and professional. Very happy with the service. A little over 2 hours from first contact to job completed. Fair price too!

We called for help with installing a Nest doorbell. When I installed it, it was not receiving enough power. Mr Sparky showed up the same day and fixed the issue. There was excellent communication from them letting me know when the electrician would arrive. They were very professional and solved my issue quickly. We definitely call again for electrical needs in the future.

Xavier was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were only getting a quote, which he efficiently provided and thoroughly explained. We are still considering the information, but would definitely recommend Xavier and Mister Sparky from our interactions thus far!

We moved into a flipped house and found multiple hot wires just left in the ceiling and hanging. I called Mr. Sparky to come and take a look. The technician was incredibly nice. And confirmed that the wires were in fact hot and that yes, it could lead to a fire. I asked whether there was any way to look and see whether there were any more in the walls or ceilings, and was told that that wasn’t necessary because nobody would do something like that. This is after of course he just looked at two hot wires that we found in the ceiling, that somebody had just done like that. We argued back-and-forth for several minutes about how he had just looked at two examples of that and he continued to tell me that nobody would leave wires like that. He charged $90 to come out. I have tried for two days to get a hold of somebody at the company to discuss this with. I keep getting told that they need to pass my information onto a manager and that I would get a call back. I still have not gotten a call back. I don’t understand why I paid $90 for somebody to look at my problem and then tell me somebody wouldn’t do that.

Update: I did receive a call back from a supervisor today who refunded the fee and offered to send out someone else to look and and address my issue. While I did not take him up on the offer to have someone else out, I did very much appreciate his call, his apology, and his effort to rectify the situation

Adam did an exceptional job in completing my work request! He was very knowledgeable, and I enjoyed speaking with him. I do plan on having Adam return, in the near future, to perform another job here!

Brett was great. He very patiently responded to my many questions and helped me figure out what options I could use to meet the pictures I had in my head about solving outdoor lighting issues. Thank you so much.

Xavier was great. Installed a whole new main breaker system . He was on time. He explained everything clearly. Very professional and hardworking and definitely knew what he was doing! Would definitely recommend his services again.

Brett did an amazing job of explaining the pricing as well as what they would do. He offered an alternative solution to what we were asking tha made perfect sense!

Had a great experience with Xavier; He immediately recognized the issue and suggested his fix. When time came to do the job he completed it as swift as one could untangling a rats nest. Thanks to him and Mister Sparky I have warm food and warmer water!

I had this company install and EV charger in my house. I bought the actual charger from Amazon and they installed it. Chris is the electrician who mounted and hardwired it. He was a 10/10, clean work, thorough. Made sure everything was perfect. I would recommend him and this company every time without hesitation

I had a technician out for a light switch and outlet that were wired funky from the previous owner of the home i just bought. Tech arrives on time and was very friendly. Explained to me he would test all outlets and switches before having to escalate to a high diagnostic package. He ended up finding the issue in a switch after charging me for the more in-depth diagnostic which I did not need, whatever the issue was fixed. I paid and he left. I went to my restroom where I had freshly painted and installed a new toilet and vanity to find he knocked the wax warmer that was plugged in all over all the surfaces of my bathroom including the floor, walls, vanity and toilet. I called and spoke with a gentleman named chuck and expressed my frustrations of just a simple “I’m so sorry this happened I will get it cleaned up” would have been okay with me but I didn’t get that. Chuck had me send photos and was very harsh when speaking with me like the issue was my fault or was insinuating that I was lying about his tech doing damage and over charging me. I told him I’m not going to expect all my money back because the issue was resolved with my electrical problem however, there was no way I could get this wax out and just expressed my general frustrations. He said he would only charge me the 180$ instead of almost 400$ and he now refuses to return my calls or return the money OR COME FIX THE DAMAGE that was done to my brand new home.

I was told by a man that came to service my fireplace that the switch on the wall that turns on the fireplace was not working and it needed to be replaced. Jerry, from Mr. Sparky, showed up and I told him the problem. Jerry got right to work and after a series of procedures and checks, he determined that nothing was wrong with the switch. Jerry did his job and explained to me everything he did. I was satisfied.

The Technician from Mr. Sparky Brett was very polite very kind and efficient he made me feel comfortable. with explaining what the problem was with my outlet to my electric stove and showed me in detail what needed to be changed also did my yearly inspection.

My only reservation in giving a “5 star” review is I don’t have the option to give a 10 star review. Brandon, Bret, and all those involved in our project were nothing short of incredible. They were friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. They took time to explain the project and was certain that we understood the “why behind the what”. We hired them for a major upgrade and they worked diligently throughout the day to see the project was completed in one day. We were delighted with their performance. Mister Sparky should open a healthcare division. Just a suggestion…

Xavier was very professional and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond by making sure all wires were hidden and the areas was cleaned up. I still can’t believe the experience. The pricing was fair and best of all he showed up early. I will only use Xavier in the future. Thanks for the excellent service!
