Our technician, Brandon, was quick, helpful, and got our furnace working in no time. He explained everything and did a great job. I thought the price was reasonable.

Mr Sparky sent Xavier and Carlos to do several jobs in residence. They are very polite and understanding of the 20 questions or more. They seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Jobs took all day and we expected that. Mr Sparky gets my highest recommendation, price seemed to be good, work ethic was perfect.

The technician James Price from Mister Sparky came out to my house. I had him remove a light fixture and replace with a new one. James was professional and did a quality job handling the two requests. I was very pleased and would definitely have Mister Sparky come out again!

This week i had Carlos Garcia from ""Mr Sparky" come to install a dedicated circuit for our fireplace insert.
Carlos was outstanding in every aspect. He was knowledgeable and explained well what he was doing . Polite and respectful and cleaned up completely. He went to extra effort to find the " Senior discount " iwas not aware of that saved me about $130!!!

Alejandro was very professional, quick, and thorough. We needed three light switches and a closet light replaced. He found a few "code issues" with our light switches and repaired them for no extra charge.

I called Mr Sparky for some help on an electrical issue and was able to get an appointment set up the same day. The Technician, Brandon was excellent! He immediately identified a way to resolve my request, ordered the part and came back as soon as the part was available. He was quick, efficient and walked me through what he did. Xavier was a fantastic technician/installer. He was very intelligent and explained things very well to someone who doesn’t know anything about electrical.

It should definitely be mentioned that out of the 10 different 24/7/365 emergency companies we contacted late on a Friday night, Mister Sparky is only 1 of 2 that responded and actually cared when our electric panel was smoking. They said they could be here in the morning and the other company couldn’t be here until Monday. Thank you for living up to your advertising and being honest!

All around I would say the experience was great! The only bad part was the $3472 price tag for a complete electrical panel replacement, but that is the price you pay for an emergency so it is understandable! I did get a call from my certified electrician friend after the installation saying he could have done it for $2200, but he wouldn’t have been able to do it until today either.

I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky, especially if you get Xavier! He was great and the company does quality work and most importantly is reliable and does what their advertising say they will do!!!

Brandon was phenomenal and trustworthy to work with. Fair price and recommendations on the necessary repairs and improvements for my house. He even suggested against a an expensive repair for a few more years since he thought it was still in good working condition! He was a man of his word and took care of me at every step. I had Xavier Villarreal from Mr. Sparky remove and replace with a new 200 Amp Electrical Panel in our Garageand also anchor grounding to the earth at our house. Xavier was experienced with his work and knew what he was doing. He did the work efficiently and effectively in a specific given time.
