KJ himself came out and help fix my electrical issue with flying colors! He was extremely professional and courteous and walked me through his entire thought process, the entire time he was helping uncover my electrical issue.

What I thought was a minor problem turned out to be an even larger problem and KJ was able to save me a lot of money and time by getting all of my electrical problems taken care of the same day.

I do not usually take time to do reviews but I have to take time out to do one regarding my service from KJ Electric. KJ Electric was amazing! Kj himself came out to my moms house to troubleshoot and repair an issue. She only had power in half of her house and her ceiling fan was making a buzzing noise and smelled like smoke. Kj was very assuring and professional throughout the whole process. Kj knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to resolve the issue. He cleaned up when he was finished and put everything back in place even though I insisted that I would do it. Outside of being professional he has a good spirit and is a very kind person. His prices are more than fair!! We recommend him and will only call him for future electrical needs! You will not find a better electrician with good service and fair pricing. Call KJ Electric for all of your electrical needs!!

KJ and staff came out and done a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Very professional and they paid attention to details! I will definitely call again when needing electrical work and will referral KJ to family & friends.

My furnace was not working a couple of days ago— digital thermostat wasn’t even i9n— completely black. My HVAC people came out and said the furnace was fine but the breaker in the panel was “loose” . He said if it happens again call an electrician. Well wouldn’t you know it’s 19 degrees out today and the furnace stopped again. I contacted KJ Electric because of the 5 star reviews & they could get out there today. KJ himself came out to inspect. The unfortunate thing is that I have to get an entire new panel, but it couldn’t be done today. KJ got me up and running with heat and will be coming back for the final install of the panel in a couple of days. Great customer service, kind, expedient and reasonable pricing. I will definitely use again and recommend them to family & friends.

I have an outlet that smelled like it was burning. KJ Electric communicated well and were prompt in fixing my problem at a reasonable price. I will use them again for any future electrical needs.

These LED lights went out and KJ, the Electrician got them on in a timely manner. Great interaction throughout the time frame of his work. Will definitely always want them with any electrical issues.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

He is a dishonest criminal. I know you never did work for me you took my $80.00 and never gave me my inspection reports. People check BBB he took $700.00 from another person.

We had the best experience with this company! Robert was very kind and very professional he came right in found the problem and went above and beyond to make sure we wouldnt have any more issues. I absolutely recommend this company to everyone in need of plumbing services! They will not disappoint !!

The wind blew over an old tree in our backyard and took out the power line to the house. Robert responded within an hour of our call and came out the same day. His quote was more reasonable than any we received, he started the work immediately, and had our power back on in no time. I’m so glad we called Taylor’s.

Complete rip-off. I’d give him ZERO STARS if an option. Robert Poteet is a liar, and dishonest person and will cheat you out of your money. I am not his first victim. This guy intentionally damaged my HVAC system, then tried to tell me I needed a new one. Took money from me and never returned . Robert Poteet- look him up on Indiana Courts mycase.in.gov. Complete CROOK!

I've had the worst experience, I'm very, very, disappointed in Robert Poteet, in the summer I had him replace my breaker box, because it needed updated, my house is old. Well after I had gotten home I called him & told him my thermostat was off, did he touch a wire or something because it worked before that!! He didn't say anything, he act like i needed to change thermostat, I said no way not right now, I just pd $1800 for him to do the breaker box& something else in the attic to do w/electrical, now mind u I pd$200 more for him to come to do up in attic, my point is he just wants, wants your money 💰 now I'm without heat, he told me I need a new furnace, he said my furnace was old wasn't worth fixing. My furnace & heat worked just fine last winter. I got a second opinion from a respectable company i explained to him the issue w/ thermostat & electrical he said there wasn't enough power going to the furnace, so basically his screw up on electrical work plus he left the cover off the furnace, wires hanging out everywhere, not very safe! Please don't waste your time or money on him!!! CALL a respectable company. So now I've contacted BBB, called the news stations, I don't Want him to screw anyone else 😡

They were very responsive from the start and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. They came back as planned to complete the job, and everything looks great and is working exactly as it should.
