As a real estate professional, it's crucial for me to have reliable contractors to service the various needs that come along. They can be extremely difficult to find, but Hoosier Design Build has made this process very seamless. They fit the bill of everything I am looking for in a contractor. 1-stop shop, they do it all. Reliable, insured, bonded, licensed, and every single time I can have peace of mind knowing that every job will be done right, on time, the FIRST time! I 110% recommend Hoosier Design Build and Conner for any and all jobs, be it residential or commercial!

Great general contractor! We used them for fireplace work, kitchen updates, electrical work, etc and they did a great job with all of it. Very upfront about cost with quotes and never tried to change it. Conner was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reliable contractor that will get the job done.

Hoosier Design Build did an amazing job for me on a very tight timeline to turnaround/convert a rental property for sale on the market. I needed General Contracting, exterior trim work, interior/exterior paint. Conner was able to provide a cost-efficient quote and got the work done immediately and expediently. We've worked with Conner on several different projects - attached pictures of the biggest one here. Conner stepped in and took over where other contractors dropped the ball, he got city inspections handled, completed all the drywall and finish work here, and did an amazing job. He's also handled tree removal and roofing projects at other properties for us. He's our first call, priced fairly, communicates well, a pleasure to work with!

Conner was great to work with and was responsive, communicative, and respectful of our schedule when it came to replacing our front door and installing new custom entry cubbies/storage system.

We consulted Tag Exteriors about possible wind damage to our roof. They responded quickly and professionally to our request to evaluate the integrity of our shingles. Jeremiah (my initial contact person) was very friendly, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Jason (the owner) also contacted us several times to keep us informed on how the project was progressing. Through out the whole process they were very informative and detail oriented. They left their work area clean and were respectful of our property. The finished product exceeded our expectations. I would/ will definitely use and recommend Tag Exteriors in the future, if the need arises.

I would recommend TAG Exteriors to others--they did a really nice job installing new doors and windows in my condo! During a storm late last year, my husband and I experienced multiple leaks in our ceiling. After extensive research into exterior contractors, we chose TAG Exteriors. After contacting TAG, we were made aware that our area had gone through 16 hail storms within the year. The entire roof as well as all of the siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters needed to be replaced. Needless to say, we were intimidated by the enormity of the project, but TAG handled the entire process, including all of the dealings with our insurance company. We were informed every step of the way regarding the information obtained from the insurance company as well as everything and everyone involved with replacing and updating the outside of our house. At the beginning of all of this, we found that our insurance coverage had dwindled in the years due to it being sold and resold to parent agencies. We were dismayed to learn that we were not as covered as we thought we were when we first bought the policy 15 years ago. The coverage was inadequate and would not pay for everything that we needed completed, at least that’s how it appeared, until Jason used his knowledge and negotiating skills to get us where we needed to be to get the job done. TAG handled EVERYTHING! We did not have to deal with price negotiations, contractors, building supply stores… nothing. It was so easy and hassle-free and we got the repairs we needed as well as a total upgrade of our outdated siding. Basically, it looks like we got a brand new house thanks to TAG. The contractors that came to our house were courteous and professional and the entire house, literally from top to bottom, was completed to EXCEED our satisfaction and was done faster than we thought possible. If ever we need them, we WILL contact TAG Exteriors for all of our housing repair needs.

My neighbors and I all had hail damage last year. Jason worked with our insurance companies to get roofs completely replaced. My insurance company, however, denied my claim saying it wasn't hail, but someone had been walking on the roof. Just FYI, my roof is three stories up and 12/12 pitch (45 degree slope), nobody is walking on that roof without a rope. My wife and I were extremely disappointed, but Jason reassured us that we had a legitimate claim. He didn't give up. A year later, we have a brand new roof, only because Jason continued to fight my insurance company corporate staff.

And it's not just some cheap no name roof. Jason uses the best underlayment, quality installed flashing, ice & water shield, and shingles. Also did painting and new trim (for new flashing).

Jason did exactly what he promised. I am no longer skeptical. I would definitely recommend this company.

TAG Exteriors replaced a hail damaged roof for me in know time. From the moment I contacted them they were all very friendly and courteous. Jason Arthur had my roof inspected and quoted on the same day I talked with him. Then he had a new roof installed 1 day after he received all the necessary forms and payment from the insurance company. The quality of the installation and product used are excellent and pair that with the timely manner in which it was completed are steps above any other company. Most importantly the out of pocket cost to me was very minimal. TAG Exteriors delivers in a big way on their projects which quality craftsmenship, exceptional products from Owens Corning and completing their work in a timely manner on or before stated time frames. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from them and highly recommend them for future projects.

As a pastor when someone delivers on their word, it matters to me. From the beginning of the claim, Jason Arthur came through on everything he said. At first I was doubtful that he could keep his promises, but one by one he did just that. My insurance company was more than hesitant to respond to the claim, taking over 3 months to do so. Jason told me it would be that way and frankly called the whole process play by play. He and the crew of TAG Exteriors did excellent work. One other fact worth mentioning is the quality of the product installed on my home. The siding is of very high quality as are the trim products used. Without hesitation I would have them do work on my home again.
