John and James did an AMAZING job on my bathroom remodel! The fixtures, the tiles - just outstanding! I would recommend CSI to everyone looking for total transformations of rooms inside your home. I feel like I have a brand new bathroom!!! They were on schedule and finished in a timely manner which is ALWAYS a plus. Thank you!!!

Didn't complete the work, said it was complete and sent the invoice. I went to check and told them it wasn't complete and some items had not even been addressed at all. A few days later the owner said NOW everything is complete.. again, that wasn't the case. No one had even been over to work on the unfinished items. There is a severe lack of communication within the organization and they were a nightmare to deal with. Look elsewhere.

Please don't use this company. I hired this company to fix items that were found on my inspection. Some items were roof related that needed repair. James told me he could fix additional items for 250.00 so I paid him to fix those items. Well my roof started leaking after wards I called James he came out and cut a hole in the room where the leak was went on the roof put tar in some areas and sealed the hole. Well today with all the heavy rain my leak is back And I can't get ahold of James. That's the kind of company they are. I wonder how many other people he did work for under the table from his boss knowing.

Very old home in a historic district, which creates unusual challenges for property improvement. Replacing custom window sills and eave trim was no problem for them. On time, crew was great, work was awesome, no surprise pricing. Very glad I hired them and will be working with them from now on.

I am writing this review in hopes to help others avoid the same experience that I went through. Working with this company I was bid one thing and then later on was told they needed another $4600.00 for further damage to our chimney (Damage that was believed covered in the original quote). A basic example of bidding the job low to get it and later on bringing in other charges. At end was disappointed with Eric and his crew for not doing a proper bid and not having the integrity to do the job for what they bid it for. I would strongly recommend not going with Eric and to look other places. Chapman Masonory took over the job and is doing a wonderful job.

They repaired rotten soffit. Great team! There was good communication before the project began. Workers came when scheduled. Work was done in a professional and timely manner.

The seller of our house contracted this company to perform the home repairs that were negotiated as part of the sale. They were very professional and answered all my questions about what was to be done, and did a very good job. Some outside work was delayed by weather, but the individual who was doing the work stayed in enough contact with me that I felt informed.
