I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! Eric was so easy to work with and so kind. Great communication! His crew did work on my dads house on the roof and ceiling that had a leak. The repairs were not only fantastic, but affordable! And I must add that the crew leader, Jack, was just WONDERFUL! I recently lost my dad and was emotional and started crying while talking to Jack. He was so compassionate. He patted my shoulder then asked if he could give me a hug. As he hugged me, he said he would pray for me and that he was certain my dad was proud of me. Talk about above and beyond! The work was completed thoroughly and quickly and they left no mess whatsoever. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend their services highly!

My agent connected us with Eric from Crew Property Improvement to help us make repairs for items that came up during our home inspection as part of the sale of our property. Crew gave us a quick, fair estimate. They handled our repairs quickly and professionally and the interactions that I had with Eric and Amy were incredible. I am going to personally keep their contact information handy for future repairs and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Working with Crew was an AWESOME experience end to end. Mac turned a quote around in a very short time and got us scheduled right away. The project took 2.5 days and Jack was incredibly communicative the entire time. Jack and team were incredibly diligent and went above and beyond to make sure the end project was great. We will absolutely work with Crew again.
Also, Amy - is amazing. We communicated back in forth re: the quote, pre-project planning and payment. Incredibly responsive and great to work with. Thank you all - we LOVE it!

Crew has been our go to contractor for minor fascia repairs to larger projects like subfloor and roofing repairs. They are always professional, communicative, and they generously share ideas for solutions for issues. I cannot recommend them enough! They always provide high quality craftsmanship and communication. Two things that are essential as a homeowner paying for repairs.

I’ve been very pleased with Crew Property Improvement Specialists! As a real estate broker I often have clients needing repairs on short notice due to closing deadlines, and Crew can typically do all of the repairs from plumbing and electrical to carpentry work etc. It’s usually one stop shopping with them, and that makes it convenient for my clients, and it saves me a lot of time! They have been very responsive returning calls/emails/texts and always get the work done before our deadlines. Eric and his “crew” are the best!

Update: Crew charged us $500 additional over the original quote, which we had agreed to, to reinforce the pillars on our house and prevent rot. The workmanship was so poor that they are already starting to rot again. The siding they installed is also starting to warp. We have officially found an issue with every item Crew worked on.

We used Crew to do some repairs to our new home as part of inspection negotiations and were very disappointed in the experience. First, we were told that the work would only take three days and it ended up taking five. Halfway through the fourth day, they notified us that the work was “done.” When I came home, I discovered three majors issues that weren’t actually repaired, trash had been left inside and outside of my house, and they had left my downstairs bathroom gross from using it. When I notified them of the problems, they did come the next day and finished the repairs, but they still left nails and paint chips all over our yard and flower beds that we had to clean up. As far as positives, the crew did always arrive on-time and were polite and responsive. We still unfortunately can’t say we would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

As a Realtor, I really need one-stop shopping when it comes to the inspection response phase of a transaction. Whether I'm representing sellers or buyers, there's always something nerve-wracking about inspection report with a long list of needed repairs. It's a huge relief to know that I can forward that list to Eric Schneller and his Crew and let these experts come up with an itemized list of repair costs. Then they do the repairs and in many cases will defer payment until CLOSING! If you are an agent you know what a gift that is for us (and for the sellers!). I've also used Crew for personal home repair and they have always come through for me at a reasonable price. Eric is also a personable, ethical and reliable human being, which only enhances the experience.

The guys at Crew were great! They were quick to schedule the visit to my home and completed multiple fixes at my home in one day (and one big thing even included some plumbing, drywall, and repainting that wall). I got home and it was all fresh and new - such a great feeling!

Crew’s the best! Timely, communicative, friendly, professional, and skilled. I had a laundry list of repairs a mile long, and Crew knocked it out with no hassle! Please don’t call Oscar Larson , before they have good technician ,we no have any problems with them. Now they hired young kids , they don’t know anything thing. They have unprofessional employees, they waste your time they are sitting in van and we are paying for hourly. They charge you for not fixing problem and then you have to call another company.

Very diligent and prompt

They rebuilt a room on my house from the foundation up. Their quote was well below the cost to replace a 3 seasons room. They were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job working at the speed of light. I have a new 12 ft x 16 ft stick-built room in less than four weeks from start to finish, including HVAC. My neighbors were so impressed they asked 317 GC to build a room onto their house.

We were referred to 317 General Contracting following a water remediation effort. Water had leaked from a master bath into our garage ceiling. Drywall and insulation had been removed in two places to dry the area out. We hired 317 to replace the dry wall, match the roof texture and paint the respective areas. They were very timely, reasonable and did very high quality work. They were available very quickly and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely use them again!
