The lawn program and mosquito control service are fantastic !! My lawn has never looked better and my family and I enjoyed a mosquito-free summer !! 13/10 recommend !

I received a call from Blake letting me know that the invoice has been canceled; he apologized for the misunderstanding, he told me that he was really sorry and willing to solve the situation.

Horrible company! I reserved the aeration at the beginning of September. They didn’t come. Then a week ago they said will come on Friday. Due to the rain, they changed to Monday. I called again on Monday to make sure they will come. But no!!!! They didn’t come. Horrible!

I’ve used Naturescape for several years now. They provide timely service and offer great value for their services.

Naturescape does the Tree/Shrub program for our development. Needless to say it isn't an easy job. They have done excellent work and work with us as to when and how it is done. Very happy with the service!

Scheduled Aeration, when they show up great work but their scheduling system sucks. Unable to schedule a specific day or time frame. Said they would come out some time the week of Sep 7-11, never showed. Called Sep 12, said they would come on Sep 14, still waiting. We'll see. Difficult to understand how a company this size cannot schedule work.

Don't get the mosquito spray!! We requested it for a special outdoor event thinking it would only eliminate mosquitoes, since that's the name of the product. It KILLED EVERYTHING!! Within a couple hours of the treatment, we had dead praying mantis, katydids, caterpillars - everything was dead. I can't imagine what happens to the animals that eat dead insects or the water where this toxic substance ends up. I'm sorry Mother Earth, it will not happen again!!

This company is a joke, my grass has big yellow spots everywhere and not only are they unprofessional but they say there going to spray your whole yard and don't. Last week I had my bedroom window open and the service guy didn't know I could hear every word he said when he told the guy with him that he was only going to do the front yard and said the customer will never know that he didn't spray the back yard 😡😡

A-1 service and staff. Highly recommend.
7/29/2019 On the last mowing visit that NatureScape to my house I observed something I have never seen. The Tech that mows my yard is Josh. While he was mowing the front I saw him stop mowing, shut off his mower and wait for a gentleman walking his dog to pass. He waved and the gentleman waved back and Josh restarted the mower and finished my yard. That was very impressive to me that he showed that respect to a man and his dog. He is definitely an asset to NatureScape.

Ok, I had some issues but decided to modify my review based on today. A young man came out and seemed to very thoroughly spray my lawn. In todays worker shortages and other burdens companies face I can’t leave the review as it was.

Horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend. They were pre-paid for the entire season. It’s been over 2 months since second application for the season. I’ve been calling them for 3 weeks and no real action or commitment when they’ll show up - more like “we’ll show up when we do” even after they admitted they are 20+ days behind schedule. Additionally, they missed a big patch in my backyard for the first 2 applications and haven’t made up for it either. Horrible horrible service.

Naturescape has been treating our lawn for several years. Our yard has never looked so good! I appreciate being able to select services and they are completed at the appropriate time. We use the Indy North office.

We've been using NatureScape for our mosquito control starting in 2015 and have been extremely pleased with the service and effectiveness of the applications. Owen is always pleasant and does a very thorough job, making sure everything receives good coverage. Our back yard is wooded and the mosquito control allows us to truly enjoy being out back!

I’ve been using Naturescape for a few years now and it has done the best for my lawn! I typically do the five application lawn care, the mosquito program and the fall aeration with over seeding, and truly my lawn has never looked better!! Every year it’s been so green and thick and not dealing with the summer bugs has been heavenly, three of my neighbors have joined in with using Naturescape because of the outcome with my own lawn!

Naturescape is the best! Forgot to renew my 5 application lawn program, got a call from the manager concerned about an 8 year customer! Gave me the “early bird” rate of $35/service, best Rate I’ve ever seen.
Always responsive to my requests by email and can pay online w/ credit card.

As your lawn specialists could attest to, our property has excessive trees and shade. We have stuck to lawn aeration and overseeding for several years now, in addition to your main fertilization and lawncare program. Are always open to your suggestions and recommendations

I did order online Lawn Aeration and seeding last fall season. They were pretty much busy and behind. I had to call them 3 to5 times. Though it is may be because of Covid-19.

They did really a good job on Aeration and seeding. I could see every where wholes in the land and well deep. That's what required for aeration otherwise no use of aeration.

I am happy and pleased with Quality Job done. Price is very reasonable. I am planning this year as well. I might try Lawncare as well this year. I would recommend nature escape.

I would suggest instead of upfront payment for year around service.
Installment could be distributed to 5 services. Also I would like to see one more lawn care package that include Aeration and seeding as well fall or Spring either or.

I've been using Naturescape for several years now and always had good service from them. They call ahead of time to let me know they're coming, they're reasonably priced, when I need an additional application because I still have some patches of weeds they come out quickly to fix it at no charge, and most importantly they stuff they use on the lawn is effective.

I've been with this company for a decade. Very professional, personable and fair prices.

All the employees are great and I've spoken with them many times about solving problems with my yard including crab apple scab, bare spots, etc. They patiently take a time to explain issues and offer solutions.

I had a call from the Corp. office after my review was posted. I hated to do that but I felt I did not get the service I paid for. They called me and made it right after he read my review great customer service . Craig was such a nice person to talk to and told me they would be back out to redo my service. I had 1 treatment in April. Hadn't seen them all summer until I called in late September and was told that they were scheduled to come out that week I called. I don't know much about lawn care applications but I know you don't wait 5 to 6 months between applications. Yard was a mess all summer after paying up front cost. When I called they could've at least tried to make it right
