Service is okay, I guess, IF they show up. Gave them two chances. Twice (in a row) they did not show in the time frame they were supposed to. First time was for 1x service, and they just never showed. The second time, we were out of state for a 6 weeks, and setup for them to mow our lawn etc 1-2 x weeks. About 3 weeks in, spoke to our neighbor who was getting our mail, and discovered they hadn’t come ONCE yet! Called them and the manager insured us they would GUARANTEE it was done the next day. Two days passed and still haven’t come. We call again and manager told my partner that he was going to go over that day and do it himself. He finally came, the next day, and the neighbor sent me pics of the lawn..he’d butchered it. Then they never came again. A couple of weeks after returning home, we got a bill in the mail for the 1x service. Paid it, but come on. Seems like an easy one to write off, for a manager. Will never use them again.

Update 7/25:
Changing from 2 stars to 4 stars, to reflect that a person from their corporate office reached out to us after posting this review, and made thing as right as possible. Refunded $ along with what felt like a very sincere apology and took full responsibility without making any excuses. They stated that our experience was not at all acceptable, and seemed to be already looking into what happened/why to address issues on their end. I’m going up to 4 stars because I’d have updated to 3 if they’d contacted us with a basic apology/explanation and refunded us. Since they seemed so since and made no excuses/plan to look into this, I think that deserves another star.

I had my first mosquito treatment on Tuesday. I got several bites that eve and called the next day. When I signed up she told me they would come right back out if this happens. No one showed up. It’s Friday before Mother’s Day I got ahold of them and she text back it is generally 3 days ti come back and then text me that they were closed. They don’t open til Monday so we are screwed. Seeing the reviews looks like this is common for them!

I am disabled. My fiancé become injured, so we needed someone to mow our lawn. I called and Pam was able to arrange for the next day. Todd did an incredible job! We had extra weed eating that was taken care of fantastically! We have used Naturescape for about 4 yrs with a year off last year. We will continue to use them and only them!

I called Naturescapes a week or so ago and talked to the office person Kelsey. She was professional and friendly. She added me to the list for the aeration of my yard. Today Brent came by to do the aeration. He was also professional and friendly and he did a great job. There price and the experience were both great.

Update: the company reached out to me and is going to continue to try and alleviate my mosquito issue which is wonderful. Like I said below, the employees have always been timely and courteous. I am changing my two star review to a four star for the simple fact that they are truly diligent in trying to make things right.

Multiple call backs on mosquito treatment and weed treatment. Still swarmed with both weeds and skeeters. Very kind and timely, products don’t work. Seriously don’t understand. Our family hasn’t been able to be outside all year, and I’m filling with seed the crabgrass and other weeds I’ve had to pull by hand.

I contracted with Naturescape based on the great service they provided to my very particular parents. Unfortunately, I had to chase them down each season and this year, 2023, they just kept committing to dates that continued to come and go. I don’t know if I just lived too far from their main customer base or if, like many other companies, they were struggling with staffing and finding good employees. They never gave a reason for failing to show, they just kept promising they would in a few days… weather permitting. Malary from corporate seemed genuinely concerned and thought she had my service date confirmed. She left me her number and said to call if they failed me again. When I called she was too busy and never called me back. I will never prepay another company again!!! I don’t expect to receive my $$$.$$ back that I paid in advance as requested. I’ll post again in a few weeks to confirm, either way. I’m just a busy homeowner that wants a healthy, beautiful lawn.

Update… the PIC called me several times after reading my post and they did refund the balance of the money I’d paid them for future services. Too bad the same effort wasn’t applied that would have prevented me from posting my frustrating and embarrassing experience. Angi’s List got my lawn in order so I’m no longer THAT NEIGHBOR, that shames the community. 😬😳🥰

Naturescape has been taking care of my lawn for years, not only have they been doing a good job for my lawn over those times, but they have also provided an excellent customer service when I called in for question or requesting certain services. They listen and they get job done!

EXTREMELY LONG TIME TO GET BACK CUSTOMER CALLS. DOES NOT TEXT CUSTOMER PRIOR TO SERVICE AS PROMOSED. WOULD GIVE LESS THAT 5 % FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ALWAYS HAVE SOME STUPID REASON FOR NOT PERFORMING THEIR JOB. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH RICH OTHER MANAHEMENT STAFF FOR THEIR SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP ON THEIR PROMISES.
I WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

We’ve been using them for several years to treat our lawn. In the beginning, our yard was the nicest on the block — green, healthy, and weed-free. But that’s no longer the case. Over time, the quality of service has gone downhill drastically.

Now, our lawn is overrun with weeds, and they seem to be completely backed up and disorganized. When we reached out for help or updates, the customer service was incredibly poor — dismissive and unhelpful. What makes this even more frustrating is that we had to pay in advance.

It’s disappointing to see how far their service has fallen. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for lawn care.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I absolutely would not recommend Naturescape to anyone.

Never gave date when work would be completed. Did terrible work on 1/3rd of my yard. Never return calls. Management never available. Leave nasty mean voicemails. Tried to send my $89 bill to collections LOSERS. will never use you again.

I have my lawn treated and mowed with natures scape. Brett and Mark have cut the lawn and I always looks great. I can tell the blades are very sharp. Extremely happy with our service with them.

I wish I could give zero stars as I have called multiple times trying to get someone back out or acknowledge that whatever they are doing is clearly not working. I had the same issues last year and was assured by Pam in the office that it was an abnormality and not how their company operated. I am not sure if they water down their treatments or just don’t know what they are doing but you should avoid any of the services from this company. Trust the recent negative reviews. While the price may be competitive the service is certainly not. My yard is completely full of weeds and nutsedge.

This company does not guarantee customer satisfaction. I have had weeds in my lawn the entire summer and called to have an additional treatment about a month ago and they put it down and it rained right after and the weeds did not go away. I called recently to get an additional treatment and the female customer service agent said weeds are not actively growing right now and would not send any one out. Well, I just cut my grass yesterday and as you can see I have weeds ACTIVELY GROWING just like the grass! I would not recommend this company due to their poor quality service. Their products do not work!

We had a large, mature willow tree in our backyard very close to both our house and fence, with many large broken and dead branches in a very tight space. They did an awesome job removing the difficult branches and trimming the tree safely and carefully.

They were very communicative, listened to exactly what I wanted, and prioritized the health of the tree while trimming it back away from the house. They were also realistic and honest about what could be done since the tree is not in the best condition.

Throughout the process they were straightforward, professional, reasonably priced, and made it feel comfortable to work with them. I would definitely recommend them!

I have had a wonderful experience with all the work and the timeliness of their response. They are a fair price crew, do quality work and clean-up after themselves.

We had a mostly-dead pine tree and a huge hanging limb from another tree that have been making my wife and I nervous the last few weeks. These folks were able to come out same day and get it dealt with quickly and professionally, and even left us some of the larger logs so we can dry it out into firewood (at our request.)

Hoosier Tree Techs did an amazing job removing this 20ft tree + stump from our backyard. Professional service from the crew and great prices as well. Highly recommend for the greater Indianapolis area!

My cat got out and must have been chased up a tree overnight. The cat was 40+ feet up a tree in the woods. Conditions were far from ideal but Chris climbed up and saved our family cat with a smile on his face. These are the kinds of people you want to give your business to. He absolutely saved our cat and made our weekend. Thanks so much!

We recently hired Hoosier Tree Techs for some tree trimming work, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take pride in their work and in respecting the property they’re working on. You honestly wouldn’t even know they’d been there—aside from the trees being expertly trimmed or removed.

They went above and beyond, carefully moving items out of the way when needed. They even made sure all gates were closed behind them, which might seem like a small thing, but it shows the level of care and attention they give to every detail.

The crew were not only skilled and efficient but also genuinely nice, honest men who clearly stand by their word. It's rare these days to find people so dependable and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Chris dropped a large elm tree exactly where it needed to be dropped without damaging any of the other surrounding trees. He neatly stacked all the wood that I wanted to keep and even removed another small tree that was already down in the yard which was not included in the job. The area was left clean of debris. I’d highly recommend his services to my anyone and his quote was so reasonable I didn’t even bother to get another estimate having had trees taken out in our yard before.

When two employees at entrance ignore customers wearing masks in their chin and neck and the employees are themselves aren't wearing masks it's time to shop elsewhere.
