This company fully explained the situation with my gutters and took a plenty of before and after pictures. I would highly recommend them, and plain to have them back when the leaves fall again.

The service techs were very attentive to my concerns about wildlife and flora in the areas to be cleaned. The house looks fantastic, and I appreciate the care and respect the job was given.

They missed some spots. However, they came back out and took care of the missed spots. they did, left my horizontal boards with a white film that prevented the wood from soaking up the stain. Only the boards they came back to redo were affected. Definitely not ever using them again.

I found Asertek online through Angi. They were the most prompt, best price and friendliest of the four companies who reached out to me. They also used my preferred method of communication. There was a delay in arriving for the appointment, but that was soon resolved to my satisfaction. They sent me photos of the job, too. All in all, a GREAT experience!

Kevin came to our home and cleaned the exterior and gutters. He and his assistant spent over 3 hours thoroughly cleaning house exterior and cleaning gutters that were pack with leaves, sticks and other debris that had accumulated.
I highly recommend this team to anyone needing their assistance for cleaning as well as other handy man activities.!

I highly recommend Asertek!!! Kevin Morgan was the gentleman that came to our home to power wash our roof and he also cleaned the gutters. He was very polite, detailed and professional. My husband was really pleased with his work ethic and will contact Asertek again in the near future for other jobs.

Asertek Facility Maintenance came out to clean my roof. They watered my shrubs and plants close by and they collected the runoff by temporarily removing the gutters. They took the chemicals back to the facility for proper disposing. The two guys were nice and explained what they were doing.
