Kevin from Asertek reached out to me quickly after putting in a request for gutter cleaning on Angi. He provided a quote within a day as well as information on the company, its process and values as well as reviews. I selected Asertek and Kevin came out the next week. Kevin was very polite and professional. He took the time to let me know what he wouldbe doing. Kevin went above and beyond, notifying me of a couple areas of concern. I was extremely pleased with his work ethic. Last year I hired another company to clean our gutters and couldn't even tell they had been done. I could clearly tell the gutters were clean after Kevin was done. I recommend this company and will look to use them again in the future.

Kevin was incredibly responsive. He came out on one day notice. The crew had some unexpected issues, so Kevin came out himself and stayed til midnight to clean out the gutters and grounds. Highly recommend him and his company. Very professional, timely and fair price.

I had my gutters cleaned. Kevin and Isaiah showed up on time, were friendly but professional, explained how they would do the job, and completed it quickly and thoroughly. The price was very affordable. I guess I won’t know for sure how well the gutters flow until the next rain, but Isaiah sure blew a whole bunch of leaves out of them. I went ahead and booked a cleaning for next fall.

Very professional and great communication before the appointment. Did a thorough job cleaning the gutters and the downspouts. The price was right for the job performed. I would definitely use them again.

He provided careful information on the procedures he used and thoroughly answered all my questions. I plan to use Asertek annually. Following my 2023 promise to use Asertek annually, I called this fine enterprise again to clean my gutters in November 20244. Again, Kevin handled the job with high competence, just like in 2023. This time, he went "above and beyond" in helping me manage some additional leaf removal. As a mobility-challenged senior, I appreciated this very much.

I had Asertek clean my roof as well as the face of my gutters. The gentleman who arrived did not have enough product to finish the gutters. Kevin in the office was very responsive and scheduled a second job to complete the work. The gutters look great. The roof looks better and should improve over time as rain allows the product to wash the remaining moss off. I really like the 5 year guarantee. Kevin has already promised they’ll be back in the spring if the rood isn’t completely clean by then. Good company to work with!

We had a couple of issues but the gentleman at the office was quick to get these taken care of. He was easy to work with and willing to work through my questions and easy any doubts. They take their customer service seriously and I would rather work with a company that cares about their customers.
