Correa Cleaning Services LLC is an outstanding cleaning service. They are thorough and often go above and beyond in all they do. I hired Correa’s Cleaning Services for a move in/ Move out cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team arrived right on time, just as promised, and did an extraordinary job. Even though I’m very detail-oriented with my regular day to day cleaning, there was still a lot of dust throughout the house. They tackled every single corner—baseboards, shelving, and more. The kitchen turned out amazing, and they made my gas cooktop look brand new! Overall, a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

The two ladies that work at my home are very sweet and always do a good job. They will little extras that they see need to be done. And if they find something wrong, they bring it to my attention and help me fix the problem. I am elderly and really appreciate their help. Ana, the owner, is a very pleasant person. I trust all of them.

Hello, this is a long post ….

I wanted to share my experience with a cleaning service that we hired to “deep clean” our house.
I had looked online and found a local company, the name was also shared on my neighborhood Facebook page, and I called and spoke with the owner. He explained all the services he offered and I told him what we wanted to have done. I then scheduled with him and we got on his calendar. It is important to clarify that I supplied ALL the cleaning supplies and vacuum and steam mop. We have terrible allergies and I only use certain things to clean. He was 100% ok with that and even commented that how easy it would be for his cleaners.
The day comes and 2 girls show up. I welcome them in and go over all the details and what I discussed with the owner. (All of which he never discussed with them).
We have a small dog and as I always do when we have a house cleaning, I put her in a room and shut the door. I informed the 2 girls of this and said that when they were ready to clean the front rooms, I will move her to one of the rooms in the back so they would be able to clean. As I was waiting for them to let me know, I noticed that I could not hear them in the house. I walked to the front door and found my dusting mop, a spray bottle and their step ladder by the front door. I looked out and they were gone.
I was in complete shock. I called the company and the owner answered and I began telling him what happened. He said oh no I guess we need to have some other girls come and finish the clean but I cannot do that until next week. I told him that would not work because we had family coming to visit. He then said well I need my step ladder so just leave it outside and I will pick it up. I said ok. He was here within 10 minutes.
Our family comes for the visit and when they leave I reach out to him to resolve the issue. I do not speak with him but his office manager. We spoke and he was shocked because he had not been informed that this had happened. He said let me speak with the owner and he will call you back. I waited 5 days with no call back. I reached out again and the office manager did not answer nor the owner. I then texted the number and said that if I do not hear from you I will contact the corporate office.
The office manager texted me back and informed me that he was authorized to offer me a 100.00 refund. I said no. At this point I wanted a full refund. I have photos of the worked not performed and sent those to him.
Now this is a long post but I wanted to let you know that I paid 550.00 to not have my house dusted, the showers not cleaned, the floors mopped with a dirty mop, the floors not vacuumed, the dining room and front bedrooms and front bathroom not cleaned.

So please do not waste your money and time.

I will post a photo of the dirty mop, which sows what my floors looked like after they supposedly “mopped”.

To date, I still have not heard a word from the owner. Very poor customer service and earning a bad reputation.

Prompt arrival, great communication and courteous cleaning team. We had the Deep Clean service in preparation for the holidays. In each room I am pleasantly surprised by something that received attention that I had been overlooking! Thanks, Two Maids for lightening our load this week.
