1 extra star for the business attempting to correct their mistake with a re-clean. Would not use their deep clean service again as the price does not justify the cursory level of clean we received. I assume there is variability in the level of cleanliness based on who is doing the work and hopefully the other employees provide a better clean, but that was unfortunately not our experience.

I’ve used Two Maids twice now and they’ve been phenomenal! They’re efficient, thorough, timely, organized, and very friendly! Cheryl and her partner have been amazing!

Unfortunately there are a few things that were supposed to be done on the checklist that were not (and it's not exactly easy to do a full examination as they're walking out the door). For example, the top of the refrigerator hadn't been wiped down. This isn't a huge deal but when you're paying for a deep clean there are certain things you expect. I expected the little things like door sills and the tops of mirrors to be dusted. Maybe that's too much of an expectation on my part, but it's the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars because the staff was pleasant and what they did they did well. The only other complaint I have, which didn't result in a lower rating, is something that I just feel they need to know for improvement... When you move things out of the way in order to clean, try to put them back close to where they were. When the soap dispenser is on the left hand side of the sink, remember that so that when you put everything back it goes on the left side of the sink. I'm not hugely OCD but I'm a creature of habit and when my paper towels are on the wrong side of the sink it throws me 😏

The team from Two Maids did a very good job on a deep clean of my home covering all the items listed on the website. They were thorough, hardworking, and cheerful and although I work from home there was little disruption.
The cost was high for the service and not the best value for money but I was happy with the easiness of booking, the good communication and the work of the team.

Celeste and Heather did a great job! They are also personable and worked around a meeting I had. Thanks for a nice, clean house!

Courtney and Mariah cleaned our home today for the very first time. We are more than pleased with the excellent job that they did. (They also made friends with our cat C.C.). We would like to have them back next time.

This is the second time I’ve had this team come clean for me and I can’t put into words how much of an impact it has put on my life. I work a lot, and my job is very tiring. The last thing I want to do is deep clean on top of my day to day chores. Taking that off of my plate relieves so much stress for me. This company goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. ❤️

Two nice ladies (Cheryl & Jenny) came to my house and started cleaning up my house. One lady took charge of the bathroom, while the second work in other room. They both work together to get each room, Cleaned, vacuumed dusted, and mopped. They even moved my dining room chairs so they can vacuum and mop underneath it down table.
They did a great job, I would hire these two ladies to come back and clean my house again.
