Zach's crew were polite, safe and very respectful of our property. Did a wonderful job with a giant tree removal right next to our patio. Would highly recommend him and his crew.

My home unfortunately came with an invasive mulberry tree that was only inches from my roof corner; due to location and species it needed removed. I specifically wanted to work with an ISA Certified Arborist and found Engledow Tree Experts via their directory.
After calling, I made an appointment for Zach to come on site where he assessed the situation, confirmed removal was best, and emailed an itemized estimate. We were able to discuss the plan of approach for his team and their equipment, which allowed me to coordinate with my neighbor ahead of time and know what to expect. The day of the job went smoothly; the team members were efficient and careful professionals with all the right tools for the job.
Scheduling, confirmation, payment, and communication were easy and accessible. If I plant new trees on site I will be consulting with Engledow for expert input on species, maintenance, etc as well!

Had a large Bradford Pear removed. The team did an excellent job taking care of our yard during the process. They were very kind and patient with our questions. I chose to have the stump removed after it was treated. Clean up was taken seriously and results were level without a huge hole in the yard. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Had some really large old trees that came down as storm damage. They got on it right away before a planned removal four trees that had died. It was all done within a reasonable time. Good job guys on some really hot August days!

They missed several areas...had to go back over with my own carpet cleaner.

Hard to find them on Phone. No response to email and finally when they booked , they did not show up to the appointment.

Will use this service again. Although a few marks still remained, the carpet looks and feels much better now.

Purchased the groupon. Been trying to get in contact with the company for over a month now. Voicemails, filled out the contact sheet, no response. Truly unprofessional

I purchased this Groupon 2 weeks ago and have left 1 message and now the voicemail is full, after attempting to call 6 times now. I am getting a refund and will NEVER recommend this company. Customer service is horrible and would suggest that Groupon not allow them to be a service to others!!!!

I purchased a Groupon on 7/2 and I’ve made countless attempts to schedule an appointment. They will not return any of my calls. I’ve even emailed the company, at this point I feel desperate and that I’m begging for service.

Found Servicemaxx on Groupon. Wanted carpets cleaned for my son's Graduation Open House. I have 4 kids and 5 animals. Josh came out and did a magnificient job!! Servicemaxx will be cleaning my carpets from now on.
