Showed up 2 hours late soaked my carpets with so much water it took 3 days to dry...after it finally dried my 2 year old carpet still had the same light traffic path. Our carpet was barely in the need to be cleaned and after they left it still is.

Job well done!! Communication with owner via email was clear and responsive with scheduling. Gave me an arrival window and Eric (carpet cleaner) called me to see if he could arrive 30 minites earlier...of course! He was friendly, professional and did a great job! Thanks so much!

I’ve been calling for the last 9 days. Wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone until last Saturday and was told to call back because they didn’t have the books on them to schedule. I said okay fine it’s a holiday weekend we’re all human I get it. So I’ve been calling this week and it started out with no one answering. Then instantly going to voicemail. And now it says the number doesn’t work anymore? I needed to book 15-30 days out? What’s the problem? Turn your Groupons off this is ridiculous.

Horrible! Very un-professional! We had them to come out and clean 5 rooms of carpet, one guy sprayed while the other one sucked it up. It took the only 15 minutes! They left the carpets soaken wet! When they finally dried they were matted down and sticky! We took our own carpet cleaner and pulled balack water out several times! I want a full refund!

Same story as others, brought the Groupon, got scheduled with them and they never showed. I had to call them the day of the service to ask, no courtesy call. The lady on the phone said the trucks were in the shop, and thats why they didn't show, and she didn't know when they could come. Of course, I cancelled and now have to request a refund from Groupon. Do not call this service!

We used a Groupon for a whole house cleaning but exceeded maximum amount of square footage so bought more while cleaners were here. Future customers need to know that the time you are scheduled in at is their arrival time. Our guys were on a big job before our time slot and were about an hour and half late but they called us to see if they could still come later and called again to confirm their time frame. They were apologetic and very polite and I had other things scheduled but I changed plans because this was more important. The two young men were very diligent and hardworking. They kept going back to check spots they cleaned (and the previous homeowner had left lots of dirty spots) and went over them again when needed. They worked fast and hard and did a great job. Both guys were named Josh and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that their first job ran over into my timeframe, but they added onto our job once they got here so we accomplished what we needed. Would do business with them again, especially if we could get the 2 Joshes, two very hardworking individuals who respected our property and took pride in their job.

I have now had Servicemaxx out to my house twice to clean. The 1st time was within a week of buying our home. I thought the carpets would need to be replaced but after Servicemaxx was through they looked really good. Had them out again before Christmas to clean just 3 rooms and they again did a fantastic job.

I scheduled Servicemaxx to come clean the carpets in my whole house for the morning, arrival time of 8-10. They called at 8:40 to tell me they were on their way. They introduced themselves and shook my hand, explained what all they would do, and looked around all the carpets for any stains or things we needed to talk about. They got right to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. They were very friendly, professional and focused. I had a rust stain in one of my rooms and he told me he would charge me if he could get it out and wouldn’t charge if he couldn’t. He got the stain out and carpet looked new again. I would recommend them to clean your carpets! Ask for Chris!

I just had carpets cleaned by Eric at Service Maxx, a family owned business. I highly recommend them! Reasonable (bargain!) and excellent job! Totally exceeded my expectations. Hire these guys! Look for their Groupon too. I will never call anyone else on my carpet except for Service Maxx!

Horrible experience, very unprofessional people. I scheduled the carpet cleaning with them. Later I recieved a call few mins before the scheduled time that they will not be able to perform the service because their guy walked off from the job. I was told they will call me by evening to reschedule. Waited till evening did not recieve any call. I called several times left various voicemails but no response. I have joint problem. I have called and pay someone to move my furniture. Now I have to call and pay them to put it back.

Do not. I repeat do not try to use this company. I read negative reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I never have written a bad review before. I understand the service industry but I have never had an experience like this. I bought a Groupon and scheduled it on January 10 for today (January 20) between 2-4. At 4:00 they were not there and I received no phone call and no information so I called. No response. Finally, about 4:30 Joann called me and explained that a whole house was being done before me and added additional furniture and they were running an hour out. I understood and agreed that it was okay for them to come at 5:30. Finally, at 6:15 they still were not here. I called back and Joann was extremely rude and said I just needed to get a refund. She would not come out and do my carpets. What??? This was your fault. Your lack of communication skills is jaw dropping. I truly do not know how they are in business. They were over 2 hours outside my two hour window without even telling me. Then offered nothing for inconvenience. Please please please save yourself money and more importantly your time and choose a reputable company!

Eric came out and did an excellent job on our carpets. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall, company is very professional and treat customer as a top priority. Definitely recommending to all family and friends.

I purchased a Groupon and was not disappointed, we have had our house for 2 years with 2 kids and a dog. Needless to say our carpets and stairs needed some tlc. Brian called 30 mins prior and was on time for the appointment we had a house full of furniture moved, kids being crazy and he did such an amazing job. There were a few spots that were still there thanks to our dog but the carpets look 10x better than before and our stairs look brand new again! Highly recommend!

Bought a Groupon for this company to come clean our hopelessly dirty low grade carpet. I was not expecting miracles but these guys did a great job and the carpets look as good as they possibly can. I was given a two hour appointment window (on a Saturday which was great!) and they arrived on time and were done within about an hour. Very happy with the service I received and will definitely use again.

You need work around your house. Call them. Great service. Great service
