Poorly run compmany, would ask for follow up on cleaning and never would call back. Cleaning ladies broke a blind, vanity light came out of the wall, and chipped paint. Inconsistent when they showed up even though they were scheduled to come. One time didn’t show up, because they “got busy”. Would not recommend this company, especially for the price.

The owner gives the initial quote and the rates are accurate and reasonable. The team arrived, got right to work, interacted on a professional level and left the house in excellent condition.

We have two long hair cats and two humans that are sensitive to smells. The house doesn't smell like chemicals but the air is clean. Our floor space is clean including the nooks and crannies!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. After trying several home cleaning companies that were all fine, but not exceptional, I finally found one I want to have a monthly visit from. They were thorough, friendly, prompt and even fixed a door blind that I had been trying to get open for weeks. They did all the little things that the other companies missed.

Outstanding first clean!! Not one thing was missed. I did a very thorough walk through after the job was done and could not find one thing wrong. I have three small kids and everything gets sticky. Three girls came to my home and did it in a very timely manor. They even arranged my kids stuffed animals on their beds. Very happy and would highly recommend!! Thank you!

I have used HCCA for over a year. The girls are great and their personalities are a treat. They are very considerate of our home and those in their way periodically. They have never cancelled on me and are on time. I would highly recommend this company. I also get a phone call prior to my cleaning as a reminder. The company is well run.

I would definitely recommend this cleaning company. They have cleaned for us for 4 years and I’m always amazed how clean they get my house. There is always a 3 person crew of very nice women and they run around so fast. They pay attention to details, wipe the blinds, sweep around the perimeter of the house, sweep all my furniture for cat hair and the list goes on. The owner Ken makes anything right and is great at communicating. Jodi calls the day before the clean to make sure the timeframe works. This is the best cleaning service we have found in Indy, and we have tried several. They continue to provide us with a very professional crew, Mandy, Alysa and Lindsey, who return for each service for continuity. They do are friendly, courteous and very good, all provided at a very competitive price. We highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Save yourself the time & energy and find a different cleaning company. I had surgery last week & wanted to get my house deep cleaned. I was told 2 people would come & it would take around 4 hours. Well 1 person showed up, she was an hour late & only stayed a minimum of 2 hours (and that might be giving her some grace). I asked her to call/text when she was done so I could lock up, she did not. I don't even think a basic clean was done...I called to complain, but all they offered was for the cleaner to come back out that day. So I am out $300+ and my house still needs cleaned.
