I'm am so annoyed!
I tried to schedule a cleaning with this company for the morning I move into my (current) house.
I was first told they would come at 10 am the day we moved in. Then the morning of, was told they can't do it until 1. Then was told they can't do it at all that day until 10 am the next day. THEN was told, " Oh never mind, we can by there by 3"
I told them to forget it and give me my money back.
3 hours later, I called because I never received a confirmation. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I finally just hung up and got the confirmation of cancellation.
I had never gotten the money back, so I called back 2 days after the cancelation. I was told it would take 3 business days and I should get it the following day.
I called back (today) the following weekend and was told they will have to call the bank and see what's up. I was told they would text me, but I wanted a call and requested that.
They never called. I called them and asked what was going on and why I never got a call back (never got an answer on that) but did get that it should arrive today or tomorrow.

I'm NEVER going to recommend these guys. I'm not even expecting my money back and assume I will have to do a dispute. I'm so pissed.

True Pro Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our house and really paid attention to the details. They even offered to walkthrough the rooms afterwards which was nice. The two ladies were very courteous and the pricing was competitive. We will definitely be using TPC again and recommend others give them a try as well!

I had appointment from 11 to 1. I finally get a call at 11:30 telling me they just found out cleaner wasn't going to make. They weren't sure why. I'm all for giving everyone second chances so I have another appointment scheduled for March 31st. I am hoping to provide a good review. We will see

I recently hired for a deep cleaning of my apartment, and I was very pleased with the results. The team arrived on time, was professional, and paid close attention to detail. They did a thorough job with all areas of the apartment, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. I’m happy with the service and would recommend them to others. I’ll definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs!

Cancelled one week before scheduled cleaning. Not a huge deal. But they have not returned my $270 cleaning deposit and apparently no longer answer phone calls. It's been more than a week with multiple voicemails but no call back.

UPDATE: This company has voluntarily dissolved with the Indiana Secretary of State on July 2nd -- about a week after cancelling and never returning my deposit.

I cannot recommend this company. They constantly make excuses and only focus on finishing as fast as possible to move on to the next job. The value for the price is poor, and many of the reviews—especially on Google—don’t seem genuine.
