Your Fishers crew (Julia, Mabel, and Lety) did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning today — they were very efficient, professional, and went beyond our expectations! (The kids especially loved the ‘sunburst’ vacuum pattern the crew left on their bedroom area rugs, and the caring way they set back up the stuffed animals after making the beds!) We have been clients of TCA for several years. What we appreciate the most is the consistency they provide. The management does a good job of training teams and keeping their quality of work up to level. That said - some teams are better than others and our Team #24 (Suyen and Delmi) does a good job of attending to the details. They get in the corners, they dust all surfaces, not just obvious ones. And they have a wonderful enthusiasm they bring to the job. They seem to genuinely like the work.

Team 25 was amazing. Bessy and isela were friendly and incredibly respectful of my home. They always leave the house feeling fresh and clean. They are efficient, hardworking, and kind, and I truly appreciate the care they put into everything they do. Highly recommend!

The Cleaning Authority’s (TCA's) response to my Google review below is incorrect and misleading – they've taken statements out of context, misstated facts, and minimized the damage, all to fit their narrative. Below are my point-by-point corrections to TCA’s response.

(TCA) The scratches were first brought to our attention after your fourth cleaning, though you mentioned they may have appeared between the first and second cleaning. This time gap made it difficult to clearly determine when or how the damage occurred.
(Me). The scratches were reported to TCA after the fourth cleaning because that is when they happened. I did BRIEFLY question timing, only because of TCA’s suggestion of “hidden imperfections”, but I corrected that within hours (See emails dated 10/9 6:59PM, 10/10, 10/11, etc).

To reiterate, there was ONE singular time after the initial report that I stated I wasn’t sure when the damage occurred. This was based on my consideration of TCA’s comments, and I QUICKLY retracted that statement and have not wavered since.

(TCA) You initially provided photos showing a few small scratches. Later, you submitted additional photos showing more widespread damage. None of our cleaning teams use abrasive chemicals, pads, or tools that could cause scratches of this nature or scale.
(Me) “I” did not provide the initial photos – TCA’s inspector took them on 10/8. I later provided two additional photos in response to TCA’s continued minimization of the damage, which clearly depicted MANY scratches and described that those scratches COVERED both shower doors. Notably, TCA never requested any photos from me which suggests they were already aware of the damage, otherwise additional documentation would have been requested.

(TCA) Despite the uncertainty and inconsistencies around the timeline and cause, we still offered $300 as a goodwill gesture to help with your concerns—even though we do not believe our team caused the damage. We’ve also requested any quotes or sources that would support a partial repair (rather than full enclosure replacement) but have not received any recommendations we can verify.
(Me) I have advised TCA repeatedly that multiple companies – including three installers who inspected the enclosure in person – confirmed the scratches are too severe to repair and that full replacement is the only solution. However, TCA maintains that replacement isn’t warranted because the doors still function. This is illogical – If the doors cannot be repaired, the only option is to replace them.

(TCA) We regret that this situation has not met your expectations, and we remain open to finding a reasonable and mutually agreeable resolution. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you’d like to continue the conversation.
(Me) TCA increased the offer to $500 and requested that I update the review in their favor. I declined. TCA has not made any genuine effort to resolve this issue; they continue to propose amounts for a “repair” but have not provided any professional resource capable of performing such work.

Extremely disappointed! During my fourth cleaning, their crew scratched my shower doors - damage covering over half of the door area and the company refuses to cover the cost.
At their request, I contacted multiple glass and shower door professionals, all stating the scratches are too extensive to repair and the glass cannot be replaced without replacing the entire enclosure. I obtained three quotes for full replacement, ranging from $1227 - $1736.
In response, the company offered only $300, claiming the doors "still function", so they will not cover the actual cost to restore the enclosure to its previous condition. They could not provide the source of that estimate or any company that would "repair" the damage. $300 does not come close to covering the cost of the damage directly caused by their crew. I could not be more disappointed in this company or their response.

Team 16 — Patricia and Milvia — are absolutely amazing! They’re so friendly, respectful, and professional, and they do such a thorough job every single time. My bathrooms have never been cleaner, and the floors look perfect after they leave.
I really appreciate how easy it was to set up regular cleanings and how simple it is to make a schedule change if I ever need to. They’re also wonderful with my dog and super considerate while I’m working from home.
Their work allows me to spend less time on the weekends taking care of my home and more time taking care of my health. The time they give me is truly priceless. I’m so grateful for them and couldn’t recommend Patricia and Milvia more!

Sara and Maria Elena of The Cleaning Authority of Fishers did an excellent job cleaning my home today. They went above and beyond by moving a piece of furniture to clean the wall and floor. I would highly recommend this company and its employees.

Team #21, Angeles and Lucia, have been helping us keep our home clean for years now and they always do a superb job! We've added on rooms around the house from time to time (up to and including the whole house) and their performance remained top notch. Hopefully these two stay with us for many more years to come!

Team 2, Maribel and Yanira are always welcome in our home. They do such a great job and are always happy to see us. They’ve been with us for at least a couple years now and we wouldn’t trade them for the world. They know our home as well as we do and take care of the home better than family <3

We have used TCA for a year or so now and been super happy with their work. Wanted to shout out team 12 (Blenda and Estefani). Our regular crew was already booked when we needed an extra pre-holiday clean and they stepped in and did an awesome job. It was just like our regular team (who also does an awesome job) was here. Thanks for taking a major to-do off our list!

Thank you Paty and Yaleni (team #16). They do a great job each week cleaning our home. The company is flexible when I need to change the day of our clean and willing to clean additional areas of the house that I do not have cleaned regularly.

Team #25, Bessy and Isela, always leave my home spotless. I appreciate them being thorough and quick. They are very mindful of my grandmother who can get disoriented sometimes. Very kind ladies, thank you so much!
