They were able to come on short notice and did an excellent job! We had the deep cleaning done b/c of recent renovations the house was very dusty. When they left you couldn't tell that there was ever construction and everything looked amazing!

I have worked with Amy, and I can personally attest to her professionalism, integrity, and dedication to her craft. She is the kind of person who shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about helping others. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone in need of cleaning services.

Amy was very helpful in getting us the day and time we preferred. (A friend was available to change times which helped, the friend who recommended Right The 1st Time.) The cleaner arrived on time and had all of her supplies. I took her through the house, and we discussed what to do and not to do. When she was done, she asked me to look over the house to be sure things were as I wanted them. (They were.)

My husband and I had debated having the house cleaned twice a month, but I'm glad we decided to do. I know it will be done well, and we don't have to do it!

Amy, Elizabeth, and Guadalupe cleaned our new house for us before we moved in. I really appreciated Amy's communication since we were coming from a distance and couldn't see any of it in person. She sent photos and videos. And they spent a lot more time on it than they had expected. The house was wonderfully clean for our move-in. I am so glad I hired them and highly recommend Amy and her team.

Amy and her team did an incredible job with our first clean. We contacted them after hearing about positive things they did in the community. Amy answered all my questions, gave us a fair quote and worked us in ahead of a Memorial Day weekend where we were expecting company. Communication was outstanding and the team arrived promptly and did great work. The house looks fantastic!

Amy and Lupe with Right 1st time have been amazing. We hired them to clean my elderly father’s apartment. They have tailored their services to meet his individual needs and to work with him and his abilities and limitations. Amy and her team are the best cleaning company around. Many companies will have "deep clean" packages but finish your house in a few hours; however, this company will actually spend a considerable amount of time making sure it truly is cleaned to a high standard. They also offer a variety of options 🙂
