Great service. I'm very uncomfortable with people in my home but this company has good associates. Kassie is my specific cleaner and she makes me feel comfortable, remembers instructions and preferences, and is professional. I really appreciate the care they take in my home and the ease of communication with the office.

We have had Christina's Complete Clean clean our home every two weeks for the past several years. They always do a fantastic job. If they are running late (which is rarely) they always make sure to text. Payment is simple through Chase Quick Pay. I would certainly recommend them to others wanting professional house cleaning.

I ordered Christina's Complete Cleaning service as a Valentines Day gift. My wife was so happy. The girls were very professional and prompt. Their hard work showed. I would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Team did a fantastic job on this initial deep clean for us. Professional and on time. Received a message when they were on there way and notification when they were done. The crew lead took my husband around to ensure everything was done and that they didn’t miss anything.

My engagement with Christina's was for a post construction clean. Very easy to work with and it took them two trips to do the clean due to the amount of dust stuck in corners, windows and cabinets

Ana does a great job cleaning our house every time. She is very thorough and we appreciate how hard she works. We were hesitant at first to hire professionals for house cleaning but bye we can’t imagine life without it. Thank you Ana and Christina’s Complete Clean

Mason & Lynn did a great job. Our only suggestion is to use Comet or similar product to clean and shine the kitchen sinks. They just wipe out and don't use a strong enough cleanser.

Was pretty disappointed in services received. While a deep clean was requested, quoted and paid for, the services were very surface level and basic. They had to come back out a second time to get areas missed but even still a lot of areas seems to just get one quick pass or not at all. Examples include the kitchen sink which looked like it just received a quick/incomplete wipe down, took me 5 mins to clean and look much better than what they provided. Also floor next to/behind toilets seemed ignored, so i had to clean that myself.

Customer service was nice and responsive when sending a crew out a second time, which helped. Hopefully I just had a unique bad experience with them but the services seemed rushed and lower quality to past cleaning services I have received from other providers.

Highly recommend Christina's Complete Clean! Lance and Laura truly leave nothing untouched. Everything is thoroughly and meticulously cared for, so well that I sometimes notice small details were cleaned or reorganized weeks later. They take such great care in deep cleaning our old Broad Ripple home. My house smells so fresh for days following our cleaning day. I've gone through many different cleaning companies over the past three years and there's always been something I wish was done better. Lance and Laura from Christina's Complete Clean have left me completely wow'd every time.

I always have a great experience with Christina's team. They are efficient and don't miss the details. They cleaned my baby's high chair to make it look brand new! I had happy tears when I came home from work and saw that!

I was surprised by the lack of service provided by their cleaning crew. To begin, the cleaning crew came to my rental property and "cleaned" for two hours. When my tenants came to move in, I found the house to not be touched in almost all regards. The floors were so filthy that I sent their company pictures of the work. No apologies from the company, but they did come back a few weeks later. When they came back, my tenant told me that they cleaned for an hour and told her that they would send somebody else the next day to finish the job. They never contacted me once through this process, and they did not show up. After a month, I received an invoice for $300+ for the hour of their service, despite their company telling me they have 4 hours on their time sheet. I would never use this company again, especially as a business owner. Unreliable service and overall very dissatisfied.

We arranged for Christina's Complete Clean to visit our daughter's new home before she moved in. Excellent communication and professional employees. We are so pleased with the end result. We absolutely would recommend Christina's Complete Clean!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Naomi exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond ! She came into a huge mess and made it like a whole new place ! I will forever be grateful for all the work she’s done in my home !

Great clean today! Attention to detail superb 👌 👏 👍 thank you. Have used this company for close to 8 years. Consistent and follow up always quick. Great company with great employees! My husband couldn't stop commenting tonight about the perfect lines in our living room carpet lol! And the laundry room cleanest it has been in awhile!

We used Christina's Complete Clean for a deep clean before we moved into our home. We were very satisfied with our service. Brandi with scheduling was very responsive and helped us schedule at a time that was convenient for us. Anna and team did a great job with the clean. We plan to use Christina's Complete Clean again! Would highly recommend!

The ladies that came to clean were very kind, and the lady that I coordinated with was also so kind and responsive. Also, we had one cleaning crew come out initially, but our electricity was not working. They were so kind and gracious, and the coordinator quickly rescheduled.

I really love to clean, so maybe I am more critical of most, but I was not very happy with the cleaning job. There were still cobwebs in places, dust on ledges, and dust on light switches/vents. They did do a decent job of getting a general "once-over" clean done, but I went over everything after they cleaned.

Paige is fantastic! She is so thorough - I always love coming home after she’s been here! Can’t say enough how much I appreciate her!
