We had the premium deep clean and they were great! Really appreciated all three cleaners and each of them were very professional. —Especially Dezi and Amy! They were so kind and and super accommodating. Would welcome them back anytime and looking forward to our biweekly cleanings beginning in January!

Update: we now use Right the 1st Time to clean my personal home. We have Shelby and she is amazing at cleaning, but the whole stuff will get it Right the 1st Time. I would do 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

First time around, did an outstanding Job cleaning our house. The crew couldn't have been nicer. Most definitely we would recommend these people without a second thought!! My husband and I couldn’t believe how well they did on cleaning the cabinets and the woodwork, burners on the stove, and even the liners under them! impressive!! We are from the old school where your word means something. These people do excellent work and they don't play around. Yes, we will have them back. Thank you again for all your hard work

I've tried different cleaning services over the years, and have to say Right First Time truly ranks at the top. My home needed a LOT of TLC in a deep clean before moving in. Jeli and Zoey did an outstanding job with every aspect including baseboards, blinds, kitchen cabinets, and some tricky areas in the bathroom. And the house smelled so clean! Plus, the owner and office manager were super responsive and engaged, offering insights and patiently answering my many questions...this means a lot to me. I'm so grateful to have found this company. Highly recommend!

Our last visit, Tuesday before Thanksgiving was unusual. One room was totally left undone. I took pictures and forwarded to the lead. This has not happened before, and doubt it will happen again. Should it, we will look elsewhere.

I have had very good luck with Christina's. They communicate well and do a great job. I absolutely love my current cleaner (Dia). I have had issues with other cleaning services to the point I am loathe to allow people into my home if I am not there but I trust Dia (and Jen, when needed) to go in when I can't be home.

UPDATE: I still like my current cleaner, but I have noticed the communication between the company and the clients is not up to par with what it used to be. Rates go up without warning (twice in the past year) and I am now being charged for cleaning products (shouldn't that be included in our fee?). We were recently sent another contract to sign and also a form asking that I provide my credit card info for them to keep on file so they can charge me for cancelled cleanings, etc. I pay online and have never missed a payment so.....?

Patty has been an answer to my prayer for sanity! I couldn’t ask for a better woman clean my whole house. She has great attention to detail, and is always so kind! I had Christina's house cleaning service for 8 months. I got a specific time slot and almost always had the same people come, they did a good job. Then they started giving me random time slots, like Saturday afternoon that I had to schedule my day around it. Last time the cleaners (not my regular ones) called me to come early, while i was still out, i told them not. They never showed up and did not answer my calls. It took management a week to get back to me and they said I had to pay because i wasn't there to let them it. The company either has bad management or hire some sketchy people in my opinion.

I wish we could comment on their cleaning service, however this “service” backed out at the last minute! We hired Christina’s Complete Clean Service for our business, with the pretense that we would need cleaning services provided after our business hours. So, they had THREE WEEKS prior to their start date to inform us that they could not do night cleaning for us. HOWEVER they waited until the night before their start date. This cleaning “service” was completely UNPROFESSIONAL with our business and left us hanging without a cleaning service. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism. We WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this cleaning service.

I booked Christina's 3 weeks before I would need them to do a final clean on a house we were remodeling. I had to change the final cleaning date on the day they were supposed to show up to clean the home. Christina's accommodated our delay and showed up a few days later as we requested and did and amazing job cleaning our 5600 sq' home remodel project. They needed to clean both kitchens and all 5 baths along with the rest of the home, which they did all in 1 day. They showed up on time, were professional, Covid-19 prepared and worked around us to finish the project on time and most importantly in time for the new homeowners to move into their totally remodel and CLEAN new home. Christina's Complete Clean did all of this for the same price estimate they'd given me 3 weeks prior. 5 star service! Perfect cleaning company. Handled our construction final clean with no issues at all. Thanks again for all of your help. Buky Construction.

I recently had surgery and have not been able to keep up the house cleaning. Christina did a walk-thru. Her rate was $504 for the 1st clean and $197 every 2 weeks. Our house is roughly 3100 sf so I thought that was reasonable. It took 2 trips, partially because they needed to reclean areas they either missed or did a bad job on the 1st cleaning. Christina did not follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the cleaning. I called and left her a message to call me with no response from her. I called a 2nd time to let her know I'd hired another company to clean my house like it should have been done in the 1st place at 1/2 the price! Still no call from Christina.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
