This was my first time using a house cleaner and they didn’t disappoint. I’m SUPER OCD about cleaning, but hate the deep cleaning part. Very welcoming and great communication throughout the process! 100% would recommend.

I requested a deep clean of my home; I’m already meticulous so to the eye it may not need cleaning but it does.

Pros:
- next day cleaning from when I called
- Decent cleaning of basic items like vacuum; floors and dusting.

Cons:
Pricey $304 for 3 beds 2 baths and half bath.
I specifically stated extra detailed to master shower (water causes pink mold stains on tile grout and glass door).
When cleaners left I checked the home; (shower had not been scrubbed as the pink water mold stains were all over the bottom half of shower.
My husband helped me scrub the showers that evening with bleach.

I will not be using this service again.

Terrible company all about money. Where do I start Elisha the manager is the main problem with the company the workers themselves are ok they do tend to try to call and get up charges as they clean. Most companies ask for pictures prior or will give you a price after seeing the house they tend to pre quote and then upcharge when they get there. To start I had a 6hr job scheduled for 540 dollars they then tried to keep up charging me to the point where I said just finish this clean and we’re done. Elisha agreed but then called the cleaners to pack up and leave and charged me 250 dollars for 38min of cleaning. I will be reporting them and taking further action, save your money and time and look else where
