They did an amazing job with my exit clean. No detail missed. They were friendly, on time and stayed until the job was done. First class.

I called them last minute for a friend. They were super responsive. I had a special case because I don't live in that area. So I had to communicate via text and phone call.

However even with all that. They got the job done and the place was like brand new. That ease my friend's stress. The price was unbeatable too. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do.

If you are thinking about hiring them. Don't think, just hire them. Do it!!!!!!!!

I did a move in/move out. The house was empty because I haven't moved in yet. I wasn't too happy for the amount I paid. Now they did ask to send someone else out, but I declined because I would have had to go and let someone in as I did before. Wasn't worth my time to miss work.

Had a very specific list of things to clean in an empty house before a listing. They did a very poor job. When I called and sent pictures they said they would speak to mgt. 2 days later they finally called back and gave me the run around. Never heard from a manager and they would not come look at the shoddy work.

Arrived after the 2 hour start window. I paid for the deep clean but there were some things that definitely got missed. The counter tops and sinks were the only things that looked really good.

I have never had a cleaning service come to my house and I chose Indy cleaning pros and the team they sent me spent many hours until nothing was missed. They were very kind professional and my house has never looked so good.

Indy Cleaning Pros got me scheduled for a move-out deep cleaning with only a days notice and they did such a phenomenal job that the apartment community that I moved out of wants to hire them for future move-outs. I think that says it all.

We used them for extreme deep cleaning service prior to the Christmas holiday. Firstly, I loved the online portal which stores your appointment and services ordered. I was even able to make a change to my service from there. The ladies assigned to the job were on-time and friendly. They stayed on-task through the entire cleaning job. We got estimates from other companies, and we really appreciated ICP’s competitive rates, immediate availability, and clear pricing. They have sort of an a la carte pricing structure that allowed me to add/remove extras (garage, carpet cleaning, etc) and see in real time how that impacted the cost.

There were many sensitive issues surrounding this particular cleaning situation as I hired this company to clean the apartment of someone I know. My expectations were low because of the “current state of the apartment.” From my initial call to the cleaning and organization of the apartment to the follow-up call, I would rate the experience OUTSTANDING. The cleaning crew made that living space so much more livable, positive, happy and healthy. The cleaning staff treated that apartment as if it were me there cleaning and tending to it in a loving and caring manner. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for your sincere and genuine excellent work. Please know that you made a huge, positive difference in someone’s life. Please share with the staff that the little things they did, did not go unnoticed. Putting the sheets, pillow cases and comforter on the bed was so sweet. The organizing of items and even furniture made the home feel like home♥️. A huge thank you. We will be repeat customers for sure and will gladly pass your name on!

The worse company. I paid for 2hr service plus a deep clean for 160$ I had 2 ppl come out and only 1 cleaned my small bathroom taking her 54 minutes . Keep in mind the bathroom is new and not as dirty. The other guy ran water in my Mater bathroom then left afte 1hr. This company scammed me and refuse to refund me . PLEASE stay away . The good ratings they have are from employees and are fake

Indy Cleaning Pros was an overall disappointment. I hired them for a Move in cleaning. Part of that package was to include a thorough cleaning of the house along with cleaning the cabinets and refrigerator. I even called to confirm that the cabinets would be cleaned as a part of this option.

Not a single cabinet was cleaned. I notified the company after the initial clean that I had noticed at least two of the cabinets had not been cleaned because there was obvious cardboard and sticky residue that was visible. The company sent the cleaners out the next day to take care of this. After that I started looking through everything else and found all of the cabinets to be dirty and grimy. Under the kitchen sink was not cleaned. The bathroom floor never mopped or washed, the floor of bathroom closet not swept or cleaned because there was still old trash on the floor.

When getting my initial estimate it said that the estimated clean time based on my size of house would be 7 hours. The cleaners were there for exactly 3 hours. While it was obvious parts of the house were cleaned, it was also obvious I did not get the cleaning I paid for. When I talked with customer service they offered me a total of $30 back. When I said based on the amount of extra cleaning I had to do because it was not done, they never called me back, but gave me $45 in return. I still believe based on all of the dust and dirt I continue to find in areas that should have been cleaned, this was not enough.

So, I would say only use this service for the most basic house clean otherwise you will lose time and money.

Not only was their cleaning top-notch, but they were also friendly, punctual (arrived 15 minutes early which was much appreciated!), and efficient.
