Spent $350 for a 10 hour deep cleaning. They were very friendly, but did not seems to know how to clean very well. They asked my wife to inspect each room and each time she had them re-clean or clean things that had not been cleaned. Of course she could not inspect everything multiple times and things got missed. Ended up with a bleached bath mat and a not very thoroughly cleaned house.

As a cancer patient, I received two cleanings from Becht Pride free of charge. This is a wonderful service that they offer for cancer patients. Rachael came to our home on both occasions. She was very congenial and put me at ease (I had never had had anyone clean my home before). She came on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in having their home cleaned.

According to the contract I agreed on, they were to clean up to 10 windows, vacuum and mop all floors, clean sinks, tub and toilet, dust ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards. I had to get the house ready for buyers but Becht Pride failed to deliver. They only vacuumed and mopped, poorly. They sent me a message asking how they did, I told them, they did not contact me back. $341 for a bad job of mopping and vacuuming. Just wow. Never use this company unless you like throwing money away!

We had our first cleaning with Brecht. We had tried a different company before, but there were several issues as far as the contract and extra charges. Our cleaner did an excellent job, including cleaning our bathroom ceiling fans! She wiped down everything in the kitchen and baths were great! Very impressed so far!

I first gave this company 5 stars because I received 2 free cleanings due to being in cancer treatment. What a lovely charitable service! The cleaners were very polite and professional. Then there were some scheduling difficulties and inconsistencies resulting in a NO SHOW. The texting system to communicate with customers works only some of the time. Please upgrade/improve communication with customers.

Becht Pride redid my roof after storms hit my home. Brad Butler was amazing to work with, super communicative, friendly and thorough. He followed through, checking the work after installation, and fully backing up their work with quick responses. I totally would have them do my roof again in the future!! 😊

I used this company before Covid and was always happy with them. However I started again and have been extremely disappointed. We do once a month cleaning and the last three times have come home and felt like we’ve had to re clean the floors. The floors especially in the kitchen literally still show things. We have three kids and yes our floors get dirty but it’s not that hard to mop the floors. The second time I complained they did not charge which was nice…however I don’t have the time or energy to keep coming home to what I’m thinking will be a clean home and then having to clean it again. I will not use again.

Do not hire. Unprofessional, unreliable and unethical. Months after a bad experience with them (July 2025), they still continue to spam my phone with constant automatic marketing. This is AFTER abandoning the agreed-upon job on the first hour, then proceeding to overcharge me with a “cancellation fee” greater than the hourly rate advertised. I called their office to complain in great distress, they chose to ghost me as opposed to apologizing and resolving the situation. Three months later, I continue to receive their spam on my phone (!!!!????), I report them as junk, yet they continue to ghost me when I call the office to ask them to remove my number from their automated marketing. I’m at my wits end.

Update for consumers: Owner replied to me today after I finally posted this review! offers to help me personally but nobody answers phone when I call the office! I left a message on their voicemail, still awaiting to hear… What a nightmare!
Consumers beware, there was no “infestation” to speak of, but TWO lonely bugs in the bathroom. I had Terminix come right away to treat the entire place. They did so, plus inspected the place thoroughly. After concluding their work, Terminix reassured me that there were no visible signs of infestation they were able to identify. The alternative company I used to clean after these guys left me stranded reported NO SIGNS of infestation either.
Funny thing: owner does NOT call me, yet marketing messages have continued to reach me at least four times since July, almost as if in mockery! I try to forget the entire ordeal and leave them alone, but I keep getting these even after blocking the contact. This owner chooses to talk to me on social media and asks me to call a number that does not respond, as opposed to calling me and resolving my situation. Do NOT trust these people! Horrendous service - this could be a consumer horror movie!

I am so happy to come home to a clean house. Becht Pride is the very first house cleaner service we have ever used (getting old) and it is truly wonderful. Also, Rachael B, who cleaned for us yesterday is the most awesome person your company have sent to us! She is great!

This was our first time using a housecleaning service for monthly service. Autumn did an excellent job, polite and cordial throughout the appointment. Being the first visit, she spent the necessary time working on the house to ensure that future visits are truly maintenance cleanings. The company overall is also easy to work with, very responsive, and competitively priced. Definitely would recommend!

After losing our long time housekeeper, I was struggling to find someone to replace her. A couple of strike outs later, I tried the Dust Devils and I'm so glad edid! Melissa, in the office, is a great communicator. Pax and Torri were on time, professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Dust Devils!

We’ve been using Dust Devils for general house cleaning for a few months and have had a great experience! They’re so easy to work with and have always been quick to respond when we’ve had questions or date changes. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they’ve made our lives so much easier!

I went to Dust Devils when I needed a house cleaning in a hurry because they come highly recommended by a family member who uses their services on a regular basis. Clarissa did an amazing job from top to bottom, down to the smallest detail -- everything is beautiful! She obviously really cares about her work and does the best possible job. I definitely plan to go to Dust Devils again in the future!

Ronda does a great job with our home for our biweekly cleanings. She is so caring and consistent. The team has also done an awesome job with deep cleans! Highly recommend.

Dust Devils exceeded expectations on every front. Responsive communication, immaculate cleaning (even tackled extras!), and flexible, last-minute scheduling adjustments. They went above and beyond to work with us when we had to change the schedule last minute. Highly recommend!
